Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan internal locus of control terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan sikap berwirausaha sebagai mediasi pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi UPI. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif verifikatif. Sampel pada penelitian terdiri dari 152 mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi UPI angkatan 2021, 2022 dan 2023 yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan convergent validity dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan composite reliability. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Structural Equation Model berbasis Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji T dengan bantuan Bootstrapping. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha; internal locus of control berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha; pembelajaran kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap berwirausaha; internal locus of control berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap berwirausaha; sikap berwirausaha berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha; pembelajaran kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha melalui sikap berwirausaha; dan internal locus of control berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha melalui sikap berwirausaha. Dengan demikian, seluruh hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship learning and internal locus of control on entrepreneurial interest, with entrepreneurial attitude as a mediator, among accounting education students at UPI. This is a quantitative study using a descriptive-verificative method. The sample consists of 152 Accounting Education students at UPI from the 2021, 2022, and 2023 cohorts, selected using simple random sampling. Instrument validity was tested using convergent validity, and reliability was assessed using composite reliability. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS 3 software. Hypothesis testing was performed using a t-test with bootstrapping. The results of the hypothesis testing showed that entrepreneurship learning has a positive effect on entrepreneurial interest; internal locus of control has a positive effect on entrepreneurial interest; entrepreneurship learning has a positive effect on entrepreneurial attitude; internal locus of control has a positive effect on entrepreneurial attitude; entrepreneurial attitude has a positive effect on entrepreneurial interest; entrepreneurship learning has a positive effect on entrepreneurial interest through entrepreneurial attitude; and internal locus of control has a positive effect on entrepreneurial interest through entrepreneurial attitude. Thus, all hypotheses in this study were accepted.
