Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan small sided games terhadap peningkatan VO2Max pada pemain sepakbola siswa SSB Garuda Tegalwangi. Desain penelitian ini adalah experiment purposive sampling one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa SSB Garuda Tegalwangi yang berjumlah 100 siswa, dan yang menjadi sampel adalah siswa SSB Garuda Tegalwangi U-17 yang berjumlah 17 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan one group pretest-posttest design. Sebelum penelitian dimulai, dilakukan tes awal untuk mengetahui VO2Max pemain menggunakan Bleep Test. Setelah itu diberikan treatment berupa model latihan small sided games, lalu di akhir penelitian dilakukan tes akhir/posttest dengan menggunakan Bleep Test. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji t sampel berpasangan. Dari uji t diperoleh data Thitung = 4,5987 dengan Ttabel = 2,12. Dengan demikian Thitung > Ttabel yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada hasil tes awal dan tes akhir. Berdasarkan analisi data tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan small sided games dapat memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan VO2Max siswa SSB Garuda Tegalwangi U-17. Kata Kunci: Small Sided Games, VO2Max, Sepakbola The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of small-sided games training against the VO2max increase in football players of Garuda Tegalwangi SSB students. Design research of this study is experiment purposive sampling one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were students SSB Garuda Tegalwangi totaling 100 students, and the sample is SSB students Garuda Tegalwangi U-17, which amounted to 17 students. This study used a one-group pretest-posttest design. Before the study began, the sample was given preliminary tests to determine VO2max player using Bleep Test. After that, the sample given treatment of small-sided games training models, and at the end of the study conducted a final test / post test using Bleep Test. Data analysis techniques in this study using paired sample t test. Data obtained from the t-test with Ttabel Thitung = 4.5987 = 2.12. Thus Thitung> Ttabel which means there are significant differences in the results of the initial test and final test. Based on the data analysis it can be concluded that the practice of small-sided games can have a significant influence on the increase in VO2max students SSB Garuda Tegalwangi U-17.
