Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Beban Kerja Dalam Meningkatkan Produktivitas Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah di SMP Plus Al-Aqsha Jatinangor”. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya pengelolaan beban kerja agar efektivitas pelaksanaan tugas administrasi tetap optimal. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan studi dokumentasi dengan tujuan mengetahui beban kerja dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja di tenaga administrasi SMP Plus Al-Aqsha Jatinangor. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja tenaga administrasi bervariasi, dengan beban mental dan waktu sebagai faktor dominan. Beban mental muncul akibat tuntutan ketelitian dalam pengelolaan data Dapodik, validasi ijazah, dan dokumen penting lainnya yang berimplikasi luas bila terjadi kesalahan. Meskipun demikian, kinerja tenaga administrasi tetap baik berkat dukungan fasilitas, pembagian tugas yang jelas, serta motivasi intrinsik pegawai. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pengelolaan beban kerja yang proporsional menjadi faktor penting dalam menjaga produktivitas kerja administrasi sekolah. This research is entitled “Workload Analysis in Improving the Productivity of School Administrative Staff at SMP Plus Al-Aqsha Jatinangor.” The background of this study is based on the importance of workload management to ensure the effectiveness of administrative task implementation remains optimal. The research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews and documentation studies with the aim of understanding the role of workload in improving the work productivity of administrative staff at SMP Plus Al-Aqsha Jatinangor. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that the workload of administrative staff varies, with mental demands and time being the dominant factors. Mental workload arises from the need for accuracy in managing Dapodik data, diploma validation, and other important documents that have broad implications if errors occur. Nevertheless, the performance of the administrative staff remains good due to adequate facilities, clear task distribution, and intrinsic employee motivation. This study emphasizes that proportional workload management is a crucial factor in maintaining the work productivity of school administrative staff.
