    Abstract

    Penelitian ini berjudul “Dampak Penyelenggaraan Diklat Melalui Model Pembelajaran E-learning & Blended learning Terhadap Kepuasan Peserta Diklat di Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kementerian PUPR”. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak penyelenggaraan pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) melalui model pembelajaran e-learning dan blended learning terhadap kepuasan peserta diklat di Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kementerian PUPR. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena bahwa penyelenggara diklat belum sepenuhnya mencapai optimalisasi dalam model pembelajaran sesuai harapan peserta, yang menimbulkan kesenjangan kepuasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 62 ASN peserta diklat. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan indikator dari model pembelajaran dan kepuasan peserta diklat. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penyelenggaraan diklat melalui model pembelajaran e-learning dan blended learning memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan peserta. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil perhitungan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,325 atau 32,5%, yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel penyelenggaraan diklat menjelaskan variasi terhadap kepuasan peserta sebesar 32,5%, sementara sisanya dijelaskan oleh faktor lain. Secara keseluruhan, peserta diklat berada pada kategori sangat puas terhadap pelaksanaan diklat. Temuan ini memperkuat bahwa pendekatan blended learning dan e-learning merupakan strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan kepuasan peserta terhadap layanan diklat yang diberikan oleh lembaga. This study aims to analyze the impact of organizing education and training (Diklat) through e-learning and blended learning models on participant satisfaction at the Human Resources Development Agency of the Ministry of Public Works and Housing. This study was motivated by the fact that training providers have not fully optimized learning models according to participant expectations, creating satisfaction gaps. A quantitative descriptive method was employed with a sample of 62 civil servants. Data were collected using questionnaires with indicators related to training implementation and participant satisfaction. The results showed that the implementation of training through e-learning and blended learning had a positive and significant effect on participant satisfaction. This is evidenced by the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.325 or 32.5%, indicating that the training implementation variable explains 32.5% of the variation in participant satisfaction, with the rest explained by other factors. Overall, the training participants were categorized as very satisfied. These findings highlight that blended and e-learning approaches are effective strategies for improving the quality and satisfaction of participants toward the training services provided by the institution.
