    Abstract

    Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis pengaruh diklat berbasis e-learning terhadap kompetensi peserta diklat di Signaling, Telecommunication, and Electricity Training Center Pusdiklat Ir. H. Djuanda PT KAI (Persero). Tujuan utama penelitian adalah memperoleh gambaran mengenai sejauh mana implementasi e-learning dalam program diklat dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan kompetensI peserta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 53 responden dengan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Proses pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan bantuan software Microsoft Excel 2019 for Windows dan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil analisis dengan metode Weight Means Score (WMS) menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel berada pada kategori sangat baik, dengan skor rata-rata 3,48 untuk variabel diklat berbasis e-learning dan 3,53 untuk variabel kompetensi peserta diklat. Sementara itu, hasil uji determinasi menghasilkan nilai R-Square sebesar 0,802, yang mengindikasikan bahwa 80,2% variasi kompetensi peserta dapat dijelaskan oleh diklat berbasis e-learning. Sedangkan, 19,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model. Lebih lanjut, hasil pengujian path coefficients memperlihatkan nilai t-statistics sebesar 38,137 > 1,96 dan p-values 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan kuat antara diklat berbasis e-learning dengan kompetensi peserta diklat di Signaling, Telecommunication, and Electricity Training Center Pusdiklat Ir. H. Djuanda PT KAI (Persero). This study focuses on the analysis of the influence of e-learning-based training on the competence of training participants at the Signaling, Telecommunication, and Electricity Training Center of the Ir. H. Djuanda Education and Training Center of PT KAI (Persero). The main purpose of the study is to obtain an overview of the extent to which the implementation of e-learning in training programs can affect the improvement of participants' competencies. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 53 respondents using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data processing process is carried out using the help of Microsoft Excel 2019 for Windows and SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the analysis using the Weight Means Score (WMS) method showed that both variables were in the very good category, with an average score of 3.48 for the e-learning-based training variable and 3.53 for the competency variable of the training participants. Meanwhile, the results of the determination test resulted in an R-Square value of 0.802, which indicates that 80.2% of the variation in participants' competencies can be explained by e-learning-based training. Meanwhile, 19.8% was influenced by other factors outside the model. Furthermore, the results of the path coefficients test showed a t-statistics value of 38.137 > 1.96 and p-values of 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a significant and strong influence between e-learning-based training and the competence of training participants at the Signaling, Telecommunication, and Electricity Training Center of the Ir. H. Djuanda Education and Training Center PT KAI (Persero).
