Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari pemasalahan generasi muda di Banten pada masalah bela negara, mulai dari permasalahan pendidikan karakter, digitalisasi, polarisasi isu-isu yang beridentik RAS, intoleran, penikaman, perjudian, persekusi rumah ibadah, bullying. Penelitian ini mengkaji optimalisasi generasi muda pada bela negara di organisasi kepemudaan (OK). Penelitian ini di lakukan di dua OK besar yaitu Gerakan Pemuda Ansor dan Pemuda Muahamdiyah provinsi Banten. Teknis analisis pengambilan data penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus dengan observasi, wawancara, studi literatur, studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian meliputi: (1) bentuk-bentuk kegiatan. (2) faktor-faktor doktrin kebangsaan, kiyai kiyai sepuh sebagai tokoh, doktrin kebangsaan, faktor eksternal kolaborasi dengan stake holder, menjaga toleransi, kestabilitasan politik, pembangunan kompetensi akar rumput (3) adapun pendekatan keterlibatan yaitu tradisi zikir atau pengajian masih sangat kental untuk membina hubungan baik kepada masyarakat. Dialog antar kader menentukan tema untuk memberikan pendidikan politik mendirikan majelis-majelis (4). Kemudian hambatan dan upaya, pada upaya keterlibatan generasi muda terhadap OK yaitu dari faktor geografi karena banten sering kali rapat pengurus itu terkendala jarak, faktor finansial juga karena nonprofitnya organisasi, politik praktis dan polarisasi tokoh politik pemahaman idiologi dan juga bela negara. Adapun upaya mencari titik temu permasalahan, melakukan evaluasi pada setiap kegiatan, sowan kepada kiyai-kiyai minta pencerahan dan petunjuk. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan optimalisasi peran generasi muda pada OK harus di tingkatkan, dan berkelanjutkan, agar generasi muda sadar, tahu, terlibat dalam pembangunan sumber daya manusia di daerah Banten. This research is based on the problems of the young generation in Banten in defending the country, starting from the problems of character education, digitalization, polarization of issues that are identical to RAS, intolerance, stabbing, gambling, persecution of places of worship, bullying. This research examines the optimization of the young generation in defending the country in youth organizations (OK). This research was conducted in two large OKs, namely the Ansor Youth Movement and the Muhammadiyah Youth of Banten province. The technical analysis of data collection in this research uses a qualitative case study approach with observation, interviews, literature studies, documentation studies. The results of the research include: (1) the forms of activities. (2) factors of national doctrine, senior kiyai kiyai as figures, national doctrine, external factors of collaboration with stakeholders, maintaining tolerance, political stability, grassroots competency development (3) the involvement approach, namely the tradition of dhikr or religious studies, is still very strong in fostering good relations with the community. Dialogue between cadres determines the theme for providing political education to establish assemblies (4). Then the obstacles and efforts, in the effort to involve the younger generation zin OK, namely from geographical factors because Banten often has management meetings hampered by distance, financial factors also because the organization is non-profit, practical politics and polarization of political figures understanding ideology and also defending the country. As for efforts to find common ground on the problem, conducting evaluations on each activity, visiting the kiyai to ask for enlightenment and guidance. This study reveals that the optimization of the role of the younger generation in OK must be increased, and sustainable, so that the younger generation is aware, knows, and is involved in human resource development in the Banten region.
