Abstract
Pembentukan religiusitas peserta didik merupakan aspek penting dalam pendidikan karakter Islami yang mengedepankan keseimbangan antara penguatan internal dan dukungan lingkungan sekolah (school well being). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh school well being dan self efficacy terhadap religiusitas peserta didik di dua sekolah menengah atas dengan karakteristik berbeda. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan sampel 298 siswa yang dipilih melalui teknik convenience sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket skala Likert, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan berganda dengan SPSS 31.0. Hasil regresi sederhana menunjukkan self efficacy berkontribusi 49,5% terhadap religiusitas di SMAIT dan 34,9% di SMAN. School well being memberikan kontribusi sebesar 41,4% di SMAIT dan 25,8% di SMAN. Analisis regresi berganda mengungkapkan kombinasi kedua variabel menjelaskan 57,7% variasi religiusitas di SMAIT dan 40,9% di SMAN. Koefisien Beta menegaskan self efficacy sebagai prediktor lebih dominan dibanding school well being (SMAIT: β=0,428; SMAN: β=0,438). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pembentukan religiusitas dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan sekolah yang mendukung sekaligus keyakinan diri siswa dalam menginternalisasi nilai agama. Oleh karena itu, pembinaan karakter di sekolah perlu mengintegrasikan penguatan self efficacy dan peningkatan iklim psikososial secara berkelanjutan agar religiusitas peserta didik berkembang optimal. The development of students’ religiosity is an important aspect of Islamic character education that emphasizes a balance between internal strengthening and supportive school environment (school well-being). This study aims to examine the influence of school well-being and self-efficacy on the religiosity of students at two senior high schools with different characteristics. The research employs a quantitative associative approach with a sample of 298 students selected through convenience sampling. Data were collected using Likert-scale questionnaires, then analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression with SPSS 31.0. The simple regression results show that self-efficacy contributes 49.5% to religiosity at SMAIT and 34.9% at SMAN. School well-being contributes 41.4% at SMAIT and 25.8% at SMAN. Multiple regression analysis reveals that the combination of both variables explains 57.7% of the variation in religiosity at SMAIT and 40.9% at SMAN. Beta coefficients confirm that self-efficacy is a more dominant predictor than school well-being (SMAIT: β=0.428; SMAN: β=0.438). These findings emphasize that religiosity development is influenced by both a supportive school environment and students’ confidence in internalizing religious values. Therefore, character development programs in schools should integrate the strengthening of self-efficacy and continuous improvement of the psychosocial climate to optimize students’ religiosity growth.
