    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh pengawasan pimpinan sebagai variabel X terhadap kinerja pegawai sebagai variabel Y dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif, pendekatan kuantitatif, dan responden sebanyak 57 pegawai dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner atau angket. Pengolahan data penelitian dilakukan menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2019 dan IBM SPSS 27.0 for Windows yang dimulai dengan uji analisis kecenderungan jawaban responden dengan teknik Weight Mean Score (WMS) dengan hasil untuk pengawasan pimpinan sebagai variabel X adalah 3,5 dengan kategori sangat baik dan kinerja pegawai sebagai variabel Y adalah 3,5 dengan kategori sangat baik. Kemudian dilakukan uji normalitas dan linieritas kedua variabel dan hasilnya menunjukan distribusi yang normal dan terdapat hubungan yang linier. Hasil dari uji koefisien korelasi nilai sebesar 0.659. Mengacu pada tabel kriteria interpretasi koefisien korelasi menghasilkan nilai sebesar 0.659 yang menunjukan kriteria tingkat hubungan Kuat antara kedua variabel. Hasil uji signifikansi koefisien korelasi menghasilkan 6,491 > 1,673 atau nilai thitung > ttabel, maka menunjukan pengaruh yang signifikan antara kedua variabel. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukan 43,4% pengaruh pengawasan pimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari Pengawasan Pimpinan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat. ; This study aims to analyze how much influence the supervision of leaders as variable X has on employee performance as variable Y using descriptive methods, quantitative approaches, and respondents as many as 57 employees with data collection using questionnaires. Research data processing was carried out using Microsoft Excel 2019 and IBM SPSS 27.0 for Windows which began with a test of the tendency analysis of respondents' answers using the Weight Mean Score (WMS) technique with the results for supervision of leaders as variable X being 3.5 with a very good category and employee performance as variable Y is 3.5 with a very good category. Then the normality and linearity tests were carried out for both variables and the results showed a normal distribution and there was a linear relationship. The results of the correlation coefficient test value were 0.659. Referring to the table of interpretation criteria, the correlation coefficient produced a value of 0.659 which indicates the criteria for a strong relationship level between the two variables. The results of the correlation coefficient significance test produced 6.491> 1.673 or the tcount > ttable, indicating a significant influence between the two variables. The results of the determination coefficient test show 43.4% of the influence of leadership supervision on employee performance. So, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of Leadership Supervision on Employee Performance at the West Java Provincial Inspectorate.
