    Abstract

    Berpikir kritis dan kreatif merupakan keterampilan penting dalam dunia akademik maupun dunia kerja, sehingga perlu dilatihkan sejak dini terutama pada jenjang SMA untuk mempersiapkan siswa pada pendidikan tinggi. Pemerintah Indonesia melalui Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Kemendikbudristek) telah menetapkan kebijakan yang menempatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kreatif sebagai Capaian Profil Pelajar Pancasila yang tercermin dalam Kurikulum Merdeka. Namun, hingga kini belum tersedia asesmen berpikir kritis dan kreatif berbasis kearifan dan potensi lokal yang diterbitkan secara resmi oleh pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan asesmen berpikir kritis dan kreatif yang terintegrasi dengan kearifan dan potensi lokal Dieng, Jawa Tengah pada materi Biologi. Penelitian menggunakan desain mixed methods dengan pendekatan eksploratory sequential design. Uji coba terbatas 1 dan 2 dilakukan pada dua kelompok masing-masing 31 dan 32 siswa, sementara uji coba skala besar melibatkan 201 siswa. Instrumen penelitian terdiri atas lembar wawancara dan observasi untuk mengumpulkan data kualitatif terkait kearifan dan potensi lokal. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat 4 kearifan lokal dan 15 potensi lokal Dieng yang dapat diintegrasikan pada pengembangan asesmen Biologi Fase E dan F, Kurikulum Merdeka. Validasi oleh tiga ahli menunjukkan asesmen layak, dan analisis menggunakan model Rasch melalui Winsteps versi 3.73 menunjukkan bahwa asesmen telah memenuhi syarat unidimensionalitas (21% pada asesmen pilihan ganda dan 36,9% pada Essay). Reliabilitas juga dalam kategori bagus dengan nilai Cronbach’s alpha 0,75 pada asesmen pilihan ganda dan 0,73 pada Essay. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kearifan dan potensi lokal Dieng, Jawa Tengah, dapat diintegrasikan dalam pengembangan asesmen berpikir kritis dan kreatif pada materi Biologi Kurikulum Merdeka sebagaimana dibuktikan melalui validasi ahli dan analisis model Rasch yang memenuhi standar kelayakan. ABSTRACT Critical and creative thinking are essential skills in both academic and professional settings, and therefore need to be developed early, particularly at the high school level, to prepare students for higher education. The Indonesian government, through the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek), has established a policy that places critical and creative thinking skills as a Pancasila Student Profile Achievement, reflected in the Independent Curriculum. However, there is currently no officially published assessment of critical and creative thinking based on local wisdom and potential. This study aims to develop a critical and creative thinking assessment that integrates local wisdom and the potential of Dieng, Central Java, in Biology materials. The study used a mixed-methods design with an exploratory sequential design approach. Limited trials 1 and 2 were conducted on two groups of 31 and 32 students, respectively, while the large-scale trial involved 201 students. The research instrument consisted of interview and observation sheets to collect qualitative data related to local wisdom and potential. The results show that there are 4 local wisdoms and 15 local potentials of Dieng that can be integrated in the development of Biology assessments in Phases E and F of the Independent Curriculum. Validation by three experts indicates that the assessment is feasible, and analysis using the Rasch model through Winsteps version 3.73 shows that the assessment has met the unidimensionality requirements (21% in the multiple-choice and 36.9% in the Essay). Reliability is also in the good category, with Cronbach's alpha values of 0.75 for the multiple-choice assessment and 0.73 for the Essay. This study concludes that the local wisdom and potential of Dieng, Central Java, can be integrated in the development of critical and creative thinking assessments in the Biology material of the Independent Curriculum, as evidenced by expert validation and Rasch model analysis that meets the feasibility standards.
