Abstract
TK Al-Fadhilah saat ini masih mengandalkan metode konvensional, seperti wawancara langsung, untuk menilai tingkat kepuasan orang tua siswa. Metode tersebut kurang efisien karena membutuhkan waktu dan tenaga yang cukup besar. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, penelitian ini merancang sistem informasi survei kepuasan orang tua berbasis web yang dapat mempermudah proses pengumpulan data. Sistem dibangun menggunakan model pengembangan Waterfall yang terdiri dari lima tahapan. Pengujian dilakukan melalui dua metode, yaitu Black Box Testing untuk memastikan seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai rancangan, serta System Usability Scale (SUS) untuk mengukur kemudahan penggunaan sistem. Hasil pengujian Black Box menunjukkan bahwa semua fitur berfungsi dengan baik dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100%. Sementara itu, pengujian SUS menghasilkan skor rata-rata 89,08 yang masuk kategori “Excellent”, menandakan bahwa sistem mudah digunakan dan diterima oleh pengguna. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, sistem survei kepuasan orang tua berbasis web ini terbukti memenuhi spesifikasi fungsional dan usability yang ditetapkan, serta mampu meningkatkan efisiensi proses evaluasi di TK Al-Fadhilah. ----- Currently, Al-Fadhilah Kindergarten relies on conventional methods, such as face-to-face interviews, to assess parent satisfaction levels. These methods are inefficient because they require a significant amount of time and effort. To address this issue, this study designed a web-based parent satisfaction survey system to simplify the data collection process. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, consisting of five stages. Testing was conducted using two methods: Black Box Testing, to ensure that all system functions operate as designed; and the System Usability Scale (SUS), to measure the system's ease of use. Black Box Testing results showed that all features functioned properly, achieving a 100% success rate. Meanwhile, SUS testing yielded an average score of 89.08, falling into the "Excellent" category and indicating that the system is easy to use and well-received by users. Based on these results, the web-based parent satisfaction survey system meets the specified functional and usability requirements. It is also capable of improving the efficiency of the evaluation process at TK Al-Fadhilah.
