Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memperoleh gambaran mengenai pengaruh beban kerja dan kinerja terhadap produktivitas pegawai di BBGP Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 72 responden dengan teknik simple random sampling. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan bantuan program Microsoft Excel dan program SmartPLS 4.1. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 4.1. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gambaran beban kerja dalam kategori baik dengan skor Weight Means Score sebesar 3,24. Gambaran kinerja dalam kategori sangat baik dengan skor Weight Means Score sebesar 3,32. Gambaran produktivitas kerja dalam kategori baik dengan skor Weight Means Score sebesar 3,19. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan tingkat beban kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan nilai t-statistik sebesar 4,785 > 1,96, dan kinerja berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan nilai 4,673 > 1,96 dengan masing-masing signifikansi 0,000 < 0,5 artinya bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikansi positif antara beban kerja dan kinerja terhadap produktivitas pegawai di Balai Besar Guru Penggerak Provinsi Jawa Barat. Rekomendasi bagi lembaga diharapkan melakukan evaluasi terhadap standar pekerjaan yang berlaku, baik dari segi kejelasan tugas, konsistensi pelaksanaan, maupun kesesuaiannya dengan kapasitas dan sumber daya yang dimiliki. Untuk peneliti selanjutnya juga diharapkan dapat memperluas cakupan dan jumlah sampel yang digunakan, agar hasilnya memiliki tingkat generalisasi yang lebih tinggi. In general, this research aims to identifiy and provide an overview of the influence of workload and performance on employee productivity at BBGP West Java Province. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 72 respondents using a simple random sampling technique. Data processing was conducted using Microsoft Excel and SmartPLS 4.1 software. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4.1. The findings of this study indicate that the workload is categorized as good, with a Weight Mean Score of 3.24. Employee performance is categorized as very good, with a Weight Mean Score of 3.32. Work productivity is categorized as good, with a Weight Mean Score of 3.19. Based on hypothesis testing, workload has a positive effect on work productivity with a t-statistic value of 4.785 > 1.96, and performance has a positive effect on work productivity with a t-statistic value of 4.673 > 1.96, with significance levels of 0.000 < 0.05 for both. This means there is a significant positive influence of workload and performance on employee productivity at the West Java Province Center for Teacher Development. Recommendations for institutions are expected to evaluate the applicable work standards, both in terms of task clarity, consistency of implementation, and suitability with the capacity and resources owned. Future researchers are also expected to expand the scope and number of samples used, so that the results have a higher level of generalization.
