Abstract
Materi panca indra manusia merupakan salah satu topik penting dalam kurikulum kelas V sekolah dasar. Namun, materi ini bersifat abstrak dan sulit dipahami, oleh karena itu diperlukan inovasi dalam media pembelajaran untuk membuat materi ini lebih mudah dipahami oleh siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memvalidasi dan menguji media pembelajaran PANDERA atau Panca Indra Manusia berbasis aplikasi Canva untuk siswa kelas V di salah satu sekolah dasar yang ada di Kabupaten Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian pengembangan atau R&D. Menggunakan model ASSURE meliputi 6 tahapan sebagai berikut; Analyse Learner, State Objektives, Select Method, Media or Materials, Utilize Media and Materials, Require Learner Participation, dan Evaluate. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari validasi ahli serta hasil pre-test dan post-test siswa. Hasil validasi ahli berupa penilaian pada aspek materi, tampilan, konten dan pembelajaran mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 4,7 sehingga dapat dikategorikan layak (valid), sedangkan hasil implementasi kepada siswa kelas V mendapatkan rata-rata nilai pre-test 48,57 dan pos-test 84. Sedangkan hasil uji statistik yaitu Uji paired sample t- Test menunjukan Sig. (p-value) < 0,05, berarti ada perbedaan signifikan sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media pembelajaran PANDERA. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran PANDERA berbasis aplikasi Canva yang dikembangkan pada mata pelajaran panca indra manusia efektif dan dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa kelas V sekolah dasar. The topic of human senses is a crucial component of the fifth-grade elementary school curriculum. However, due to its abstract nature, it can be challenging for students to grasp. Therefore, innovative learning media are essential to enhance students' understanding and make the material more accessible. This study aims to validate and evaluate the PANDERA learning media, or the Canva-based Human Senses application, designed for fifth-grade students in a elementary school in Bandung Regency.. This study employs a research and development (R&D) approach, utilizing the ASSURE model, which consists of six stages: Analyze Learners, State Objectives, Select Methods, Media, or Materials, Utilize Media and Materials, Require Learner Participation, and Evaluate. Data collection in this study was obtained from expert validation as well as student pre-test and post-test The expert validation results in the form of assessments of aspects of material, design, content and learning obtained an average score of 4.7, based on the ≥ 4 category, the PANDERA learning media was classified as feasible (valid). Meanwhile, the implementation results for fifth-grade students showed an average pre-test score of 48.57 and a post-test score of 84. Statistical analysis results of the paired sample t-test, the Sig. (p-value) was found to be 0.01, which is Sig. (p-value) < 0.05. This indicates a significant difference before and after using the PANDERA learning media. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the PANDERA learning media, developed using the Canva application for the human senses topic, is effective and can be used to enhance the understanding of fifth-grade elementary school students.
