Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan atas dasar temuan permasalahan dalam sarana, prasarana, akomodasi, dan penunjang pembelajaran yang menjadi bagian dari pelayanan di instansi penyelenggaraan pelatihan. Permasalahan tersebut dapat berpotensi mempengaruhi motivasi belajar peserta dalam mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kualitas pelayanan pelatihan terhadap motivasi belajar peserta pelatihan bidang kesehatan di UPTD Pelatihan Kesehatan Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 94 orang peserta pelatihan sebagai responden. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS Statistic 31.0 dan Microsoft Excel 2019. Hasil perhitungan nilai rata-rata kecenderungan umum menggunakan teknik Weight Means Score (WMS) menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan pelatihan mendapatkan kategori sangat baik dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,64, sedangkan motivasi belajar peserta pelatihan memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,59 dengan kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis diketahui kualitas pelayanan pelatihan sebesar 64,3% mempengaruhi motivasi belajar peserta pelatihan. Selain itu, ditunjukkan dengan hasil uji signifikansi dengan nilai t-statistik sebesar 12,886 > 1,662 yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan pelatihan berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar peserta pelatihan bidang kesehatan. This study was conducted based on the findings of problems in facilities, infrastructure, accommodation, and learning support that are part of the services at the training organizing agency. These problems can potentially affect the learning motivation of participants in participating in training activities. This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of training services on the learning motivation of health training participants at the UPTD Pelatihan Kesehatan Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Jawa Barat. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 94 training participants as respondents. Data processing was carried out with the help of the SPSS Statistic 31.0 application and Microsoft Excel 2019. The results of the calculation of the average value of the general tendency using the Weight Means Score (WMS) technique showed that the quality of training services was in the very good category with an average value of 3.64, while the learning motivation of training participants obtained an average value of 3.59 with a very good category. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it is known that the quality of training services by 64.3% affects the learning motivation of training participants. In addition, it is shown by the results of the significance test with a t-statistic value of 12.886 > 1.662 which can be concluded that the quality of training services has a significant positive effect on the learning motivation of health training participants.
