Abstract
Transformasi digital dalam administrasi pendidikan menuntut produktivitas dan efisiensi operasional, namun David Music Course (DMC) belum memiliki sistem pendaftaran dengan fitur tes online untuk placement test sehingga proses masih manual dan kurang efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan fitur tes online pada sistem pendaftaran berbasis web di DMC untuk meningkatkan efektivitas penempatan siswa baru berdasarkan level. Metode yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan Waterfall, meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementasi, pengujian menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) dan Blackbox Testing, serta maintenance. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan fitur tes online memiliki tingkat kemudahan penggunaan tinggi dengan skor rata-rata SUS 90,25 ("Acceptable") yang artinya dapat diterima dengan baik, dan pengujian fungsional mencapai 100% kesesuaian. Hasil pengujian terbukti bahwa sistem ini layak digunakan untuk mendukung proses pendaftaran dan penempatan siswa baru secara efisien dan transparan, serta menjadi solusi digital yang efektif dalam pengelolaan administrasi kursus musik ke depan. ----- The digital transformation in educational administration demands productivity and operational efficiency; however, David Music Course (DMC) has not yet implemented an online registration system with a placement test feature, resulting in a manual and less efficient process. This study aims to design and implement an online test feature within a web-based registration system at DMC to enhance the effectiveness of student placement based on skill levels. The development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) and Blackbox Testing, and maintenance. The testing results show that the online test feature achieved a high level of usability with an average SUS score of 90.25 ("Acceptable") and 100% functional conformity. These results prove that the system is feasible to support an efficient and transparent registration and student placement process, as well as to serve as an effective digital solution for future music course administration.
