    Abstract

    Pemuda Express merupakan layanan ojek online lokal yang hadir di wilayah Banjaran, Kabupaten Bandung, dengan sistem pemesanan sederhana melalui WhatsApp. Layanan ini muncul sebagai solusi mobilitas warga yang belum terjangkau oleh platform ojek online berskala nasional. Namun, Pemuda Express belum memiliki identitas visual yang konsisten dan belum mempunyai citra merek yang kuat di masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berfokus pada penyusunan identitas visual dan tampilan visual website sebagai media informasi untuk memperkuat Brand equity Pemuda Express. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan practice-led research dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner kepada pengguna layanan serta masyarakat lokal. Proses perancangan menghasilkan identitas visual baru yang terdiri dari logo, tipografi, palet warna, serta tampilan visual website company profile yang informatif, responsif, dan selaras dengan nilai merek. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan skala Likert untuk mengukur tingkat penerimaan desain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyusunan identitas visual dan website company profile sebagai media informasi dapat meningkatkan Brand equity serta memperkuat citra Pemuda Express sebagai layanan transportasi lokal yang relevan, terpercaya, dan mudah dijangkau. Pemuda Express is a local online motorcycle taxi service operating in the Banjaran area of Bandung Regency, with a simple booking system via WhatsApp. This service emerged as a mobility solution for residents who are not yet reached by national-scale online motorcycle taxi platforms. However, Pemuda Express lacks a consistent visual identity and has not yet established a strong Brand Image in the community. Therefore, this study focuses on developing a visual identity and website design as an information medium to strengthen Pemuda Express's brand equity. The study employs a practice-led research approach, utilizing data collection methods such as observation, interviews, and questionnaires with service users and local residents. The design process resulted in a new visual identity consisting of a logo, typography, color palette, and an informative, responsive, and brand-aligned company profile website design. Evaluation was conducted using a Likert scale to measure design acceptance levels. The research findings indicate that the development of a visual identity and company profile website as an information medium can enhance Brand equity and strengthen Pemuda Express's image as a relevant, trustworthy, and easily accessible local transportation service.
