Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur sejauh mana kualitas destinasi memengaruhi kepuasan wisatawan di Kebun Raya Bogor. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner tertutup kepada 400 wisatawan yang pernah berkunjung ke Kebun Raya Bogor. Analisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda berbasis rank karena data tidak memenuhi asumsi normalitas melalui perangkat lunak IBM SPSS 25. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ancillary service menjadi faktor paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, disusul oleh amenities, available package, accessibility dan activity yang juga berpengaruh signifikan. Sementara itu, attraction memiliki pengaruh yang kecil dan signifikan secara statistik. Uji model menunjukkan Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan dan pengembangan seluruh aspek kualitas destinasi secara komprehensif guna meningkatkan kepuasan pengunjung di Kebun Raya Bogor. This study aims to measure the extent to which destination quality affects tourist satisfaction at the Bogor Botanical Gardens. A quantitative approach was used, and data were collected through closed questionnaires administered to 400 tourists who had visited the gardens. The utilization of rank-based multiple linear regression is necessitated by the fact that the data does not satisfy the assumption of normality when assessed through IBM SPSS 25 software. The analysis shows that ancillary services are the most influential factor in tourist satisfaction, followed by amenities, available packages, accessibility, and activities, all of which have a significant effect. The effect of attractions is minimal and statistically insignificant. Model tests confirm the importance of comprehensive management and development of all aspects of destination quality to increase visitor satisfaction at the Botanical Garden.
