Abstract
Pengembangan karakter pada anak usia dini merupakan fondasi penting untuk menciptakan generasi berintegritas, kreatif, dan berakhlak mulia. Namun, permasalahan karakter anak saat ini menjadi isu krusial, terutama di tengah pesatnya perkembangan teknologi. Anak-anak tumbuh di lingkungan yang dipenuhi kemudahan akses informasi, namun belum sepenuhnya disertai kemampuan menyaring nilai-nilai yang membangun karakter positif, yang berdampak pada peningkatan masalah sosial seperti bullying, kekerasan, dan perilaku antisosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas media pembelajaran E-Comic dalam proses pengenalan karakter profil pelajar Pancasila pada anak usia 5-6 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimen one group design (Pre-test dan Post-test) . Subjek penelitian adalah 15 anak usia 5-6 tahun dari kelas B di TK-X Kecamatan Sukatani, yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling . Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar observasi dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial (uji Wilcoxon). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pengenalan karakter profil pelajar Pancasila pada anak usia 5-6 tahun setelah menggunakan media E-Comic. Sebelum penggunaan media, rata-rata nilai pengenalan adalah 49,53, dan setelah penggunaan media, rata-rata nilai meningkat menjadi 55,73. Uji N-Gain menunjukkan skor 0,4059, yang termasuk dalam kategori peningkatan sedang. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa media E-Comic terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengenalan anak usia dini terhadap karakter profil pelajar Pancasila, karena sifatnya yang interaktif, menarik, dan visual. Media ini mempermudah guru menyampaikan materi dan meningkatkan minat serta semangat belajar peserta didik. ----- Character development in early childhood is an important foundation to create a generation with integrity, creativity, and noble character. However, the problem of children's character is currently a crucial issue, especially in the midst of rapid technological developments. Children grow up in an environment filled with easy access to information, but not fully equipped with the ability to filter values that build positive character, which has an impact on increasing social problems such as bullying, violence, and antisocial behavior. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of E-Comic learning media in the process of recognizing Pancasila student profile characters in children aged 5-6 years. This study uses a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental one group design (Pre-test and Post-test). The subjects of the study were 15 children aged 5-6 years from class B in Kindergarten-X, Sukatani District, who were selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation sheets and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics (Wilcoxon test). The results of the study showed a significant increase in the understanding of Pancasila student profile character in children aged 5-6 years after using E-Comic media. Before the use of media, the average comprehension score was 49.53, and after the use of media, the average score increased to 55.73. The N-Gain test showed a score of 0.4059, which falls into the category of moderate increase. This proves that E-Comic media has proven to be effective in increasing early childhood understanding of Pancasila student profile characters, because of its interactive, interesting, and visual nature. This media makes it easier for teachers to deliver material and increases students' interest and enthusiasm for learning.
