    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komponen pariwisata, yang meliputi attractions, accessibility, amenities, activities, available packages, dan ancillary services terhadap tingkat kepuasan wisatawan di Destinasi Gunung Puntang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi penelitian berupa wisatawan yang telah mengunjungi kawasan tersebut. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 322 responden, yang diperoleh melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif serta uji regresi non-parametrik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, seluruh dimensi dalam komponen pariwisata memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Namun demikian, terdapat tiga dimensi yang menunjukkan tingkat pengaruh yang relatif lebih rendah, yaitu ancillary services, activities, dan attractions. Temuan ini turut diperkuat oleh hasil analisis secara parsial, yang menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing dimensi dari komponen secara individual tetap memberikan kontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kepuasan wisatawan. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya optimalisasi seluruh aspek dalam komponen pariwisata guna mendukung peningkatan kualitas pengalaman wisata yang lebih menyeluruh dan berkelanjutan di Destinasi Gunung Puntang. This study aims to analyze the influence of the components of tourism attractions, accessibility, amenities, activities, available packages, and ancillary services on tourist satisfaction at the Gunung Puntang destination. A quantitative approach was employed, with the research population consisting of tourists who had previously visited Gunung Puntang. A total of 322 respondents were selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics and non-parametric regression tests. The findings indicate that, simultaneously, all components have a positive and significant influence on tourist satisfaction. However, three dimensions ancillary services, activities, and attractions were found to have relatively lower levels of influence. These results are further supported by partial analysis, which shows that each component individually contributes positively and significantly to enhancing tourist satisfaction. The study highlights the importance of optimizing all aspects of the tourism components to improve the overall quality of the tourist experience at Gunung Puntang.
