    Abstract

    Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu adanya penurunan kinerja pegawai Balai Besar Pelatihan Kesehatan (BBPK) Ciloto yang terindikasi melalui tingkat employee engagement yang belum optimal dilihat dari hasil pra survei, data ketidakhadiran pegawai dan penurunan predikat kinerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat employee engagement yang terdapat di Balai Besar Pelatihan Kesehatan (BBPK) Ciloto, gambaran tingkat kinerja pegawai Balai Besar Pelatihan Kesehatan (BBPK) Ciloto, dan mengetahui pengaruh employee engagement terhadap kinerja pegawai Balai Besar Pelatihan Kesehatan (BBPK) Ciloto. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey eksplanasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan responden sebanyak 81 pegawai. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement di Balai Besar Pelatihan Kesehatan (BBPK) Ciloto berada pada tingkatan tinggi, kinerja pegawai berada pada tingkatan tinggi, dan employee engagement sebesar 79,76% sedangkan 20,24% dipengaruhi dari faktor lain. Dengan demikian, employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Balai Besar Pelatihan Kesehatan (BBPK) Ciloto. The issue in this study is the decline in employee performance at the Health Training Center (BBPK) Ciloto, which is indicated by the suboptimal level of employee engagement based on the results of a preliminary survey, employee absenteeism data, and a decrease in performance ratings. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of employee engagement at the Health Training Center (BBPK) Ciloto, to describe the employee performance level, and to analyze the influence of employee engagement on employee performance at the Health Training Center (BBPK) Ciloto. This research uses an explanatory survey method with a quantitative approach and involves 81 employees as respondents. The data analysis results show that employee engagement at BBPK Ciloto is at a high level, employee performance is also at a high level, and employee engagement contributes 87.8% to performance, while the remaining 12.2% is influenced by other factors. Therefore, employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Health Training Center (BBPK) Ciloto.
