ANALISIS KEGIATAN P5 DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN PROFIL PELAJAR PANCASILA PADA PESERTA DIDIK SEKOLAH DASAR

    Abstract

    Penelitian dilatarbelakangi keadaan dimana peserta didik menunjukan penurunan karakter gotong royong dengan ditunjukan keadaan peserta didik lebih senang bekerja secara individu dan kurangnya kreativitas dengan keadaan peserta didik kesulitan memunculkan ide baru. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, hambatan, dan upaya yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan P5 dengan tema Kearifan Lokal di SDN 011 Cibuntu, khususnya pada fase B yang berfokus pada dimensi gotong royong dan kreatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan kegiatan P5 di SDN 011 Cibuntu dilakukan melalui tahapan pembentukan tim fasilitator, identifikasi kesiapan satuan pendidikan, perancangan dimensi, tema, dan alokasi waktu, penyusunan modul ajar, serta perancangan strategi pelaporan hasil projek. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, kegiatan projek melibatkan berbagai tahapan di antaranya mengawali kegiatan P5, optimalisasi kegiatan P5 pada dimensi gotong royong dan kreatif melalui tahap kontekstual dan tahap aksi, menutup kegiatan P5 melalui pagelaran karya, dan mengotimalkan keterlibatan mitra. Pada tahap evaluasi, pendidik melakukan proses pengumpulan dan pengolahan data, serta menyusun rapor P5. Terdapat beberapa hambatan yaitu kurangnya pemahaman peserta didik terkait kearifan lokal, kurangnya partisipasi aktif, keterbatasan sarana pendukung, dan keterbatasan kemampuan literassi. Untuk mengatasi hambatan itu, pendidik melakukan upaya berupa penjelasan kontekstual, membentuk kelompok yang seimbang, menggunakan alternatif media, dan pendampingan dan penyesuaian pada kemampuan peserta didik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pelaksanaan P5 di SDN 011 Cibuntu telah dirancang dan dilaksanakan secara sistematis dan kolaboratif, dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai gotong royong dan kreativitas peserta didik sesuai dengan tujuan kurikulum Merdeka. The research was motivated by the fact that students showed a decline in their cooperative spirit, as evidenced by their preference for working individually and their lack of creativity, with students finding it difficult to come up with new ideas. Based on this, the study aims to describe the planning, implementation, evaluation, obstacles, and efforts involved in the implementation of the P5 activity with the theme of Local Wisdom at SDN 011 Cibuntu, particularly in phase B, which focuses on the dimensions of cooperation and creativity. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the planning of P5 activities at SDN 011 Cibuntu was carried out through the stages of forming a facilitator team, identifying the readiness of the educational unit, designing dimensions, themes, and time allocation, developing teaching modules, and designing strategies for reporting project results. During the implementation stage, the project activities involved various stages, including initiating P5 activities, optimizing P5 activities in the dimensions of cooperation and creativity through the contextual and action stages, closing P5 activities through a performance of works, and optimizing partner involvement. During the evaluation stage, educators conducted data collection and processing and compiled P5 reports. There are several obstacles, including students' lack of understanding of local wisdom, lack of active participation, limited supporting facilities, and limited literacy skills. To overcome these obstacles, educators made efforts such as providing contextual explanations, forming balanced groups, using alternative media, and providing guidance and adjustments based on students' abilities. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of P5 at SDN 011 Cibuntu has been designed and carried out systematically and collaboratively, integrating the values of cooperation and creativity of students in line with the objectives of the Merdeka curriculum.
