    Abstract

    Kerjasama merupakan kesediaan seseorang untuk bekerja bersama dengan orang lain maupun teman kelompok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan kegiatan fun cooking dalam pengembangan kemampuan kerjasama anak usia 5-6 tahun di TKN Pembina Grogol. Kerjasama merupakan aspek penting dalam perkembangan sosial emosional anak, memungkinkan mereka untuk berinteraksi, berbagi tugas, serta menyelesaikan masalah secara bersama. Namun, berdasarkan observasi awal, anak-anak di kelas B2 TKN Pembina Grogol masih enggan berbagi, kurang sabar menunggu giliran, dan kurang mampu bekerja dalam kelompok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Kemmis dan McTaggart, yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Setiap siklus meliputi tahapan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Kegiatan fun cooking diterapkan melalui metode demonstrasi, di mana anak-anak diajak untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam proses memasak sederhana secara kelompok. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi terhadap perkembangan kerjasama anak sebelum dan sesudah penerapan kegiatan fun cooking. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan fun cooking dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kerjasama anak usia 5-6 tahun. Pada siklus I, rata-rata nilai kemampuan kerjasama anak mencapai 73,7 (kategori baik), dan meningkat pada siklus II dengan rata-rata 89,3 (kategori sangat baik). Refleksi aktivitas guru juga menunjukkan peningkatan positif. Pada siklus I, rata-rata aktivitas guru memperoleh skor 95 (kategori baik), dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 100 (kategori sangat baik). Peningkatan ini mencakup kemampuan guru dalam merancang kegiatan yang menarik, mengelola kelas secara efektif, serta membimbing anak secara aktif selama kegiatan berlangsung. Anak-anak mulai menunjukkan peningkatan dalam berbagi tugas, menghargai pendapat teman, serta menyelesaikan tugas kelompok dengan lebih baik. Dengan demikian, fun cooking terbukti sebagai kegiatan yang efektif dalam menstimulasi kerjasama anak usia dini. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi pendidik untuk mengintegrasikan aktivitas berbasis pengalaman langsung dalam pembelajaran guna mengembangkan keterampilan sosial anak. Cooperation is a person's willingness to work together with other people or group members. This study aims to determine the application of fun cooking activities in developing the cooperation skills of children aged 5-6 years at TKN Pembina Grogol. Cooperation is an important aspect in children's social emotional development, allowing them to interact, share tasks, and solve problems together. However, based on initial observations, children in class B2 TKN Pembina Grogol still have low cooperation skills, such as being reluctant to share, being impatient waiting for their turn, and being less able to work in groups. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) model Kemmis and McTaggart, which consists of two cycles. Each cycle includes the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Fun cooking activities are implemented through demonstration methods, where children are invited to actively participate in a simple cooking process in groups. Data collection was carried out through observations of the development of children's cooperation before and after the implementation of fun cooking activities. The results of the study showed that the implementation of fun cooking can improve the cooperation skills of children aged 5-6 years. In cycle I, the average value of children's cooperation skills reached 73.7 (good category), and increased in cycle II with an average of 89,3 (very good category). Reflection of teacher activities also showed positive improvements. In cycle I, the average teacher activity scored 95 (good category), and increased in cycle II to 100 (very good category). This improvement includes the teacher's ability to design interesting activities, manage the class effectively, and actively guide children during the activity. Children began to show improvements in sharing tasks, respecting friends' opinions, and completing group tasks better. Thus, fun cooking has proven to be an effective activity in stimulating cooperation in early childhood. This study provides recommendation for educators to integrate activities based on direct experience in learning to develop children's social skills.
