    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh program pendidikan dan pelatihan persinyalan, telekomunikasi, dan listrik terhadap kompetensi teknis pegawai di PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang melibatkan 71 responden sebagai sampel penelitian. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui aplikasi Smart PLS 4.0. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa indikator pendidikan dan pelatihan berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan Weight Means Score sebesar 4,50, sedangkan indikator kompetensi teknis juga berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan nilai Weight Means Score sebesar 4,67. Pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa program pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi teknis pegawai, ditunjukkan oleh nilai path coefficient t-statistic (15,048) > 1,96 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai R-Square sebesar 0,622 yang berarti model ini menunjukkan bahwa 62,2% variasi kompetensi teknis pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh program pendidikan dan pelatihan, serta model dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat kecocokan (fit) sedang. This study aims to analyze the influence of signaling, telecommunications, and electrical training programs on the technical competence of employees at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). The research employs a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, involving 71 respondents as the sample. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The findings indicate that the training program indicators are rated in the "very good" category, with a Weighted Mean Score of 4.50. Similarly, the technical competence indicators are also classified as "very good," with a Weighted Mean Score of 4.67. Hypothesis testing reveals that the training program significantly affects employees' technical competence, evidenced by a path coefficient t-statistic value of 15.048 (greater than 1.96) and a significance level of 0.000 (less than 0.05). The R-Square value of 0.622 indicates that 62.2% of the variation in employees’ technical competence can be accounted for by the training program, and the model shows a moderate level of fit.
