    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-efficacy dan kepribadian proaktif terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi UPI dengan pendidikan kewirausahaan sebagai variabel moderasi. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu proportionated stratified random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 152 mahasiswa aktif Pendidikan Akuntansi angkatan 2021, 2022, dan 2023. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa angket untuk self-efficacy, kepribadian proaktif, pendidikan kewirausahaan, dan intensi berwirausaha yang sudah di uji validitasnya menggunakan teknik korelasi Product Moment dan uji reliabilitasnya menggunakan Cronbach’s Alpha. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian menggunakan teknik Moderated Analysis Regression (MRA) menggunakan SPSS 27. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif self-efficacy dan kepribadian proaktif mahasiswa berada pada kategori sedang, sedangkan untuk pendidikan kewirausahaan dan intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy dan kepribadian proaktif berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Selain itu pendidikan kewirausahaan juga terbukti memoderasi hubungan antara self-efficacy dan kepribadian proaktif dengan intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and proactive personality on the entrepreneurial intention of UPI Accounting Education students with entrepreneurship education as a moderating variable. This type of research is a survey research with a quantitative approach using a descriptive verification method. The sampling technique used was proportionated stratified random sampling with a sample size of 152 active Accounting Education students from the 2021, 2022, and 2023 classes. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires for self-efficacy, proactive personality, entrepreneurship education, and entrepreneurial intention which had been tested for validity using the Product Moment correlation technique and its reliability tested using Cronbach's Alpha. The research hypothesis testing used the Moderated Analysis Regression (MRA) technique using SPSS 27. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, students self-efficacy and proactive personality were in the moderate category, while for entrepreneurship education and students entrepreneurial intention were in the high category. The results showed that self-efficacy and proactive personality had a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. In addition, entrepreneurship education has also been shown to moderate the relationship between self-efficacy and proactive personality with students entrepreneurial intentions.
