Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial teman sebaya, serta pengaruh efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial teman sebaya terhadap pengambilan keputusan karir sebagai guru pada mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Akuntansi Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia angkatan 2021, 2022, dan 2023. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teori Social Cognitive Career Theory (SCCT). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner (angket) yang disebarkan kepada mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Akuntansi Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia angkatan 2021, 2022, dan 2023 sebanyak jumlah sampel penelitian yaitu 152 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan korelasi product moment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan cronbach alpha. Uji asumsi klasik dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear multipel. Berdasarkan perhitungan uji t, variabel efikasi diri memperoleh nilai t_hitung (6,350) > t_tabel (1,65514) dan variabel dukungan sosial teman sebaya memperoleh nilai t_hitung (2,734) > t_tabel (1,65514). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial teman sebaya berpengaruh positif terhadap pengambilan keputusan karir sebagai guru pada mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Akuntansi FPEB UPI angkatan 2021, 2022, dan 2023. This study aims to determine the description of self-efficacy and peer social support, and also the effect of self-efficacy and peer social support on career decision making as teachers of Accounting Education students of Indonesia University of Education class of 2021, 2022, and 2023. The theory used in this study is Social Cognitive Career Theory (SCCT). This study uses descriptive and verification methods with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires distributed to students of the Accounting Education students of Indonesia University of Education class of 2021, 2022, and 2023, with a total sample of 152 students. The sampling technique uses the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The validity test of the instrument uses product moment correlation and the reliability test uses Cronbach alpha. The classical assumption test in this study includes the normality test, the linearity test, the multicollinearity test, and the heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the t-test calculation, the self-efficacy variable obtained by t_statistic (6,350) > t_tabel (1,65514) and the peer social support variable obtained by t_statistic (2,734) > t_tabel (1,65514). The results of the study indicate that self-efficacy and peer social support has a positive effect on career decision making as teachers in Accounting Education students of Indonesia University of Education class of 2021, 2022, and 2023.
