Abstract
Korupsi sebagai kejahatan luar biasa maka penanganannya pun harus dengan cara yang luar biasa melalui kajian multidisipliner, tidak hanya penindakan namun pencegahan melalui ranah pendidikan. Untuk menyikapinya diperlukan penguatan kecerdasan moral bagi peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Model Experiential Learning berbasis nilai anti-korupsi dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila yang valid, praktis dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan moral peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development). Proses penelitian mengikuti tahapan yang dikemukakan Thiagarajan sebagai penyederhanaan dari tahapan penelitian pengembangan Borg & Gall, yaitu: pendefinisian, perancangan, pengembangan, dan publikasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kondisi faktual pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila belum seluruhnya menginsersi nilai anti-korupsi pada aspek perencanaan, implementasi maupun evaluasi. Kondisi faktual kecerdasan moral peserta didik belum cukup baik; 2) Desain model Experiential Learning berbasis nilai anti-korupsi yang dikembangkan terdiri dari empat komponen yaitu: sintaks, sistem sosial, prinsip reaksi dan sistem pendukung. Sintaks yang dikembangkan terdiri dari tahapan: ungkap pengalaman, kuatkan perilaku, interpretasi konseptual dan rancang aksi; 3) Model ini dinyatakan valid oleh tiga validator dan dinilai praktis oleh guru yang menggunakannya dalam pembelajaran. Efektivitas model ditunjukkan melalui terpenuhinya aspek: keterlaksanaan pembelajaran yang sangat baik, respons positif dari peserta didik, adanya peningkatan hasil belajar, dan peningkatan kecerdasan moral peserta didik dengan hasil positif. Terdapat suatu unsur kebaruan/ novelty, diantaranya adalah bahan ajar, media pembelajaran digital, buku guru, buku siswa serta sintaks model pembelajaran UKIR. Corruption as an extraordinary crime, therefore, its handling must be done in an extraordinary way through multidisciplinary studies, not only enforcement but also prevention through the educational realm. To address it, it is necessary to strengthen the moral intelligence of students. This study aims to develop an Experiential Learning Model based on anti-corruption values in Pancasila Education learning that is valid, practical and effective to improve the moral intelligence of students. The method used is research and development (R&D). The research process follows the stages proposed by Thiagarajan as a simplification of the stages of Borg & Gall's research and development, namely: definition, design, development, and publication. The research was conducted at Senior High Schools in Bandung Regency, West Java. The results obtained in this study indicate that: 1) The factual conditions of Pancasila Education learning have not fully inserted anti-corruption values in the planning, implementation and evaluation aspects. The factual conditions of students' moral intelligence are not yet good enough; 2) The design of the Experiential Learning model based on anti-corruption values developed consists of four components, namely: syntax, social system, reaction principle and support system. The developed syntax consists of the following stages: revealing experiences, strengthening behavior, conceptual interpretation, and designing actions; 3) This model was declared valid by three validators and was assessed as practical by teachers who used it in learning. The effectiveness of the model is demonstrated by the fulfillment of aspects: excellent learning implementation, positive responses from students, an increase in learning outcomes, and an increase in students' moral intelligence with positive results. There is an element of novelty including teaching materials, digital learning media, teacher books, student books, and the syntax of the UKIR learning model.
