    Abstract

    Keterampilan employability dan ICT merupakan aspek utama dalam menyiapkan lulusan SMK untuk siap menghadapi dunia kerja di era digital. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa siswa yang belum kompeten pada keterampilan employability dan ICT. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penerapan manajemen dan strategi di SMK dalam upaya penguatan keterampilan employability dan ICT untuk meningkatkan daya saing siswa. Metode dalam penelitian yaitu metode kualitatif studi kasus tunggal dengan teknik analisis model interaktif Miles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen telah berjalan dengan baik yaitu sinkronisasi kurikulum dengan industri dalam program link and match, pembekalan soft skills pra-PKL, program PKL dan kelas industri, pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, penguatan bimbingan karir. Namun, terdapat beberapa faktor penghambat baik dari sarana dan prasarana, kesiapan internal siswa, serta dukungan eksternal. Oleh karena itu, saran dari penelitian ini yaitu sekolah dapat meningkatkan pelatihan berkelanjutan pada guru maupun siswa, penguatan kemitraan industri, serta pengembangan portofolio digital siswa untuk mendukung kesiapan kerja yang optimal. ----- Employability and ICT skills are key aspects in preparing vocational school graduates to be ready to face the world of work in the digital era. However, there are still some students who are not yet competent in employability and ICT skills. The study aims to identify the implementation of management and strategies in vocational schools in an effort to strengthen employability and ICT skills to improve student competitiveness. The research method used was a qualitative single case study with the interactive model analysis technique by Miles & Huberman. The research findings indicate that management has been implemented effectively, including curriculum alignment with industry through the link and match programmes, pre-internship soft skills training, internship programmes and industry-based classes, the use of technology in learning, and career guidance enhancement. However, there are several barriers, including infrastructure limitations, students' internal readiness, and external support. Therefore, the recommendations from this study are that schools should enhance continuous training for both teachers and students, strengthen industry partnerships, and develop students' digital portfolios to support optimal work readiness.
