Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh minimnya keterlibatan orang tua dalam pembelajaran anak di rumah dan ketidakpuasan terhadap kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah formal yang belum mampu memenuhi kebutuhan individual anak usia dini. Masa usia dini merupakan periode emas (golden age) yang membutuhkan stimulasi optimal dari lingkungan keluarga dan pendidikan. Ketika orang tua tidak memiliki cukup waktu untuk mendampingi anak, dan sekolah kurang memberikan perhatian individual, maka perkembangan anak menjadi kurang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pembelajaran individual anak usia dini di Home Private Manonjaya Tasikmalaya, dengan fokus pada perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, serta peran kolaboratif guru dan orang tua. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan open coding, axial coding, dan selective coding. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran individual di Home Private memberikan pengalaman belajar yang personal, fleksibel, dan adaptif. Guru merancang pembelajaran sesuai kebutuhan dan karakteristik anak, sementara orang tua turut terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Kolaborasi erat antara guru dan orang tua terbukti meningkatkan efektivitas belajar anak. Model ini direkomendasikan sebagai alternatif inovatif dalam mendukung perkembangan anak usia dini secara optimal, terutama dalam konteks keluarga yang memerlukan pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih personal dan kontekstual. This study was motivated by the lack of parental involvement in children's learning at home and dissatisfaction with the quality of learning in formal schools that have not been able to meet the individual needs of early childhood. Early childhood is a golden age that requires optimal stimulation from the family environment and education. When parents do not have enough time to accompany their children, and schools provide less individual attention, children's development becomes less than optimal. This study aims to describe individual learning strategies for early childhood at Home Private Manonjaya Tasikmalaya, with a focus on planning, implementation, evaluation, and the collaborative role of teachers and parents. The approach used is qualitative with a case study method. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. The results of the study showed that the individual learning model at Home Private provides a personal, flexible, and adaptive learning experience. Teachers design learning according to the needs and characteristics of children, while parents are involved in the learning and evaluation process. Close collaboration between teachers and parents has been shown to increase the effectiveness of children's learning. This model is recommended as an innovative alternative to support optimal early childhood development, especially in the family context which requires a more personal and contextual learning approach.
