Abstract
Memiliki Sumber Daya Manusia yang memiliki kinerja yang profesional, handal serta mampu memberikan pelayanan yang prima merupakan kebutuhan utama suatu perusahaan, terlebih untuk perusahaan di bidang penyediaan jasa akomodasi seperti The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung sebagai pelopor hotel bintang 6 di Indonesia. Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini mengacu kepada apakah pemberian Insentif dan pemberian Pelatihan Kerja akan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan di Front Office Department The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur dan menganalisis berapa besar pengaruh dari Pemeberian Insentif dan Pelatihan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Front Office Department The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Front Office Department baik laki-laki maupun perempuan dengan segala status pekerjaan yang dibebankan yang berjumlah 55 orang. Adapun metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner dan studi dokumentasi pra-penelitian. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS 20. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemberian Insentif dan Pelatihan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Front Office baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Pelatihan Kerja memperoleh pengaruh paling tinggi sebesar 0,556. Nilai Koefisien Determinasi (R2) diperoleh sebesar 0,258. Hal ini berrati bahwa kemampuan variabel independen (Insentif dan Pelatihan) menjelaskan kemampuan terhadap variabel dependen (Kinerja Karyawan) sebesar 25,8%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 74,2% adalah merupakan kemampuan dari variabel yang belum diteliti dalam penelitian ini seperti Kepemimpinan, Motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan karyawan terhadap manajemen perusahaan. Providing a Human Resources who has professional performance, reliable and able to provide excellent services is a primary requirement of a company, especially for companies in the provision of accommodation services such as The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung as the pioneer of 6 star hotels in Indonesia. The main problem in this research refers to whether the provision of incentives and the provision of Job Training will affect the improvement of employee’s performance in the Front Office Department The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung, either partially or simultaneously. This Research aimed to recognize and analyze The effect of Provision Incentives and Job Training for employee’s performance in the Front Office Department The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung, either partially or simultaneously. Population and samples in this research were all employees of the Front Office Department both men and women in all job status assigned numbering 55 people. The methods of data collection is distributing of questionnaires and pre-study documentation. The model of Data analysis is used Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS 20. The Research Results showed that the Incentives and Job Training have significant effect on performance of Front Office employees, either partially or simultaneously. The Job Training has higher influence than Incentives with coefficient are 0,552. The Value of determination coefficient (R2) gained is 0.258. This means that the ability of the independent variables (Incentives and Training) describes the ability of the dependent variable (employee performance) of 25.8%, while the rest 74.2% variable is unexpressed (latent) such as Leadership, Motivation of Work and Employee’s satisfaction of the Hotel Management.
