Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) terhadap pembentukan moral siswa kelas IV di SDN 4 Cilangkap. Latar belakang penelitian ini berfokus pada pentingnya pendidikan agama dalam membentuk karakter siswa di tengah tantangan moral yang semakin kompleks, terutama di era digital saat ini. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari : (1) bagaimana pembelajaran PAI di kelas IV SDN 4 Cilangkap, (2) bagaimana moral siswa di kelas IV, dan (3) apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pembelajaran PAI terhadap pembentukan moral siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan partisipan yang mencakup guru PAI, wali kelas, dan siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang komprehensif mengenai proses pembelajaran dan dampaknya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran PAI di SDN 4 Cilangkap efektif dalam menginternalisasi nilai-nilai moral, seperti kejujuran dan empati. Meskipun terdapat tantangan dari lingkungan sosial dan teman sebaya, faktor pendukung seperti dukungan orang tua dan kegiatan keagamaan di sekolah sangat signifikan dalam meningkatkan moral siswa. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan agar sekolah terus mengembangkan metode pembelajaran yang interaktif dan melibatkan orang tua dalam mendukung pendidikan karakter. Penguatan program-program keagamaan di sekolah juga penting untuk memastikan nilai-nilai moral dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari siswa. This study aims to analyze Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning towards the moral formation of fourth grade students at SDN 4 Cilangkap. The background of this study focuses on the importance of religious education in shaping students' character amidst increasingly complex moral challenges, especially in the current digital era. The formulation of the problem in this study consists of: (1) how is PAI learning in fourth grade at SDN 4 Cilangkap, (2) how are the morals of students in fourth grade, and (3) what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in PAI learning towards the formation of students' morals. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with participants including teachers PAI, homeroom teachers, and students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies to obtain a comprehensive picture of the learning process and its impacts. The results of the study indicate that PAI learning at SDN 4 Cilangkap is effective in internalizing moral values, such as honesty and empathy. Although there are challenges from the social environment and peers, supporting factors such as parental support and religious activities at school are very significant in improving students' morals. Based on these findings, it is recommended that schools continue to develop interactive learning methods and involve parents in supporting character education. Strengthening religious programs in schools is also important to ensure that moral values can be applied in students' daily lives.
