    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di sekolah menengah atas, fenomena yang ditemukan bahwa metode pengajaran pendidikan jasmani yang kurang bervariasi dapat menghambat motivasi siswa dan perkembangan keterampilan mereka, sehingga penelitian perlu dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Kajian Pedagogik Sistem Among Ki Hadjar Dewantara dalam Pendidikan Jasmani di Sekolah Menengah Atas. Penelitian ini difokuskan bagaimana sistem among Ki Hadjar Dewantara yang diterapkan dalam pembelajaran. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode triangulasi data temuan, melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan sistem Among Ki Hadjar Dewantara dalam pendidikan jasmani di jenjang Sekolah Menengah Atas. Hasil temuan penelitian belum menunjukkan bahwa peran guru yang mencerminkan nilai-nilai filosofis sebagai pamong yang membimbing secara menyeluruh melalui pendekatan ngemong. Sehingga, penerapan sistem among dalam praktik pembelajaran belum sepenuhnya terintegrasi, terutama dalam penyusunan tujuan pembelajaran pada tahap perencanaan, implementasi tujuan pembelajaran pada tahap pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan kesesuaian tujuan pembelajaran pada tahap penilaian pembelajaran. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa keselarasan antara konsep among dan implementasinya masih perlu diperkuat. Hasil penelitian ini ditujukan sebagai upaya pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik di sekolah menengah atas dalam hal implementasi Sistem among Ki Hadjar Dewantara dalam pembelajaran. This research is motivated by issues found in physical education learning at the senior high school level. One observed phenomenon is that the lack of variation in teaching methods in physical education tends to hinder students' motivation and skill development. Therefore, this study aims to describe the pedagogical review of the Among System of Ki Hadjar Dewantara within the context of physical education in senior high schools. The research specifically explores how the Among System is implemented in teaching practices. This study adopts a descriptive qualitative approach using data triangulation methods, including observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings show that while the research attempts to explore the implementation of Ki Hadjar Dewantara’s Among System in physical education at the senior high school level, the results do not yet reflect the role of teachers as pamong who guide students holistically through the ngemong approach and embody the philosophical values of the system. The implementation of the Among System has not been fully integrated, especially in formulating learning objectives during the planning stage, realizing those objectives during instructional practice, and aligning them with assessment processes. This indicates that the harmony between the Among concept and its practical application still needs to be strengthened. The results of this study aim to contribute to the development of pedagogical competence at the senior high school level, particularly in the implementation of Ki Hadjar Dewantara’s Among System in physical education learning.
