Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Evaluasi Pelayanan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Terhadap Kepuasan Peserta Pendidikan dan Pelatihan di Pusdiklat Geologi Bandung”. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini menyangkut evaluasi pelayanan diklat dan pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan peserta diklat di Pusdiklat Geologi Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pusdiklat Geologi Bandung dengan objek penelitian peserta diklat. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memperoleh gambaran mengenai pengaruh evaluasi pelayanan pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kepuasan peserta pendidikan dan pelatihan di Pusdiklat Geologi Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode angket tertutup, dengan sampel sebanyak 40 yakni peserta pendidikan dan pelatihan yang mengikuti pendidikan dan pelatihan pada periode bulan September 2014. Analisis perhitungan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program Microsoft Excel 2007 dan SPSS for windows versi 17.00. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan rumus Weight Means Score (WMS), gambaran umum variabel X (Evaluasi Pelayanan Diklat) berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata 4,31. Sementara gambaran umum variabel Y (Kepuasan Peserta Diklat) berada pada kategori sangat baik, dengan skor rata-rata 4,11. Korelasi variabel X dan Y memiliki hubungan yang signifikan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,617 yang ada pada kategori kuat dan signifikan, dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 38%, serta hasil analisis regresi yaitu Ỷ = 16,743 + 0,617 X yang bersifat signifikan dan linier. Kesimpulan penelitian menyatakan evaluasi pelayanan pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan peserta pendidikan dan pelatihan di Pusdiklat Geologi Bandung. This research was titled "Evaluation of Education and Training Service on the Satisfaction of Education and Training Service Participants at Pusdiklat Geology Bandung”. The problems discussed in this study concerns the quality of evaluation and influence on satisfaction of training and education participants at Pusdiklat Geology Bandung. The research was conducted at Pusdiklat Geology Bandung with objects of research is training and education participants. This research aims to obtain the actual description about the influence of the evaluation of training and education services to the satisfaction of training and education participants at Pusdiklat Geology Bandung. This research uses descriptive quantitative approach. Data was collected by questionnaire covered. The sample in this research is the training participants who followed training amount of 40 respondent in the period of September 2014. This research was analys used a program through Microsoft Excel 2007 and SPSS versi 17.00 for windows. Based on calculations using the formula Weight Means Score (WMS), an overview of the variables X (Evluation Of Training And Education Services) is in very good category with an average score of 4.31. While an overview of variable Y (Satisfaction Of Training And Education Participants) in the category very good, with an average score of 4.11. Correlation of variables X and Y have a significant relationship. It can be seen from the correlation coefficient is 0.617 which is in a strong enough category and significant, with a coefficient of determination of 38%, and the results of the regression analysis is Ỷ = 16,743 + 0,617X that is both significant and linear. Conclusion this research shows the instructor communication ability had significantly influence evaluation of training and education services to the satisfaction of training and education participants at Pusdiklat Geology Bandung.
