    Abstract

    Latar Belakang: Remaja merupakan kelompok usia rawan mengalami permasalahan gizi karena pada masa ini dibutuhkan asupan zat gizi yang optimal untuk menunjang pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. Di Indonesia, persoalan gizi kurang dan gizi lebih masih menjadi perhatian yang cukup serius, khususnya di kalangan remaja. Beberapa faktor yang menentukan status gizi remaja adalah keragaman makanan yang dikonsumsi, kebiasaan makan sehari-hari, serta kondisi ekonomi keluarga. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan keragaman pangan, konsumsi makan, dan status ekonomi keluarga terhadap status gizi siswa SMP di Kota Bandung. Metode: Desain penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, melibatkan 43 siswa SMP yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara menggunakan kuesioner Household Dietary Diversity Score (HDDS) untuk menilai ketersediaan pangan beragam pada keluarga, kuesioner Individual Dietary Diversity Score (IDDS) untuk menilai keragaman pangan individu, kuesioner food recall 2x24 jam untuk menilai tingkat kecukupan zat gizi, kuesioner skala kuppaswamy untuk meninal status ekonomi keluarga, serta pengukuran antropometri untuk mengukur tinggi badan dan berat badan menggunakan microtoa dan timbangan digital. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji korelasi Spearman. Hasil: Status ekonomi memiliki hubungan positif signifikan dengan status gizi (r =0,389). Ketersediaan pangan keluarga berhubungan negatif dengan status gizi (r=-0,030). Keragaman pangan responden berhubungan negatif dengan status gizi (r=-0,068). Kesimpulan: Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa status ekonomi keluarga yang tinggi dapat meningkatkan status gizi pada remaja. In Indonesia, the problem of undernutrition and overnutrition is still a serious concern, especially among adolescents. Some of the factors that determine the nutritional status of adolescents are the diversity of foods consumed, daily eating habits, and family economic conditions. Objective: This study aims to analyze the relationship between food diversity, food consumption, and family economic status on the nutritional status of junior high school students in Bandung City. Method: The design of this study was cross-sectional with a quantitative approach, involving 43 junior high school students selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through interviews using the Household Dietary Diversity Score (HDDS) questionnaire to assess the availability of diverse foods in the family, Individual Dietary Diversity Score (IDDS) questionnaire to assess individual food diversity, 2x24-hour food recall questionnaire to assess the level of nutrient adequacy, Kuppaswamy scale questionnaire to assess the economic status of the family, and anthropometric measurements to measure height and weight using microtoa and digital scales. Data were analyzed using the Spearman correlation test. Results: Economic status had a significant positive relationship with nutritional status (r = 0.389). Family food availability is negatively related to nutritional status (r=-0.030). Respondents food diversity is negatively related to nutritional status (r=-0.068). These findings indicate that high family economic status can improve nutritional status in adolescents. Conclusion: Thus, it can be concluded that the family's economic level based on education, type of work, and income can influence the child's nutritional status.
