Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh secara parsial antara variabel Kondisi dan Fungsi terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan. (2) pengaruh secara parsial antara variabel Kemudahan terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan. (3) pengaruh secara parsial antara variabel Kelengkapan dan Kebersihan terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan. (4) pengaruh secara simultan antara Kualitas Fasilitas terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 400 pengunjung Pantai Alam Indah Tegal sebagai responden penelitian. Data yang didapat kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas fasilitas (kondisi, fungsi, kemudahan, kelengkapan, dan kebersihan) memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Kelengkapan dan Kebersihan memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan, sedangkan Kondisi dan Fungsi memiliki faktor yang sedang. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelola harus lebih meningkatkan dan memperhatikan kondisi, fungsi, dan kualitas fasilitas yang disediakan guna meningkatkan kepuasan wisatawan ketika berkunjung. This study aimed to determine (1) the partial influence between the variables of Condition and Function on Tourist Satisfaction. (2) the partial influence between the variables of Convenience to Tourist Satisfaction. (3) the partial influence between the variables of Completeness and Cleanliness on Tourist Satisfaction. (4) simultaneous influence between Facility Quality on Tourist Satisfaction. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire method distributed to 400 visitors of Alam Indah Beach Tegal as research respondents. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of facilities (condition, function, convenience, completeness, and cleanliness) had a positive and significant influence on tourist satisfaction. Completeness and Cleanliness have a more dominant influence, while Condition and Function have moderate factors. This shows that the manager must further improve and pay attention to the condition, function, and quality of the facilities provided in order to increase tourist satisfaction when visiting.
