PENGARUH LATIHAN TARGET TERHADAP AKURASI SHOOTING PADA EKSTRAKURIKULER SEPAK BOLA SDN PARAKANMUNCANG II

    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan target satu arah terhadap akurasi shooting pada ekstrakulikuler sepak bola. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Kuantitatif dengan Desain Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu One Group Pretest-Posttest Desain, satu kelompok akan diberikan Pretest sebelum diberikan Treatment dan Posttest setelah diberikan Treatment, Sample yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan tes shooting ke gawang. Hasil Analisis data menunjukan Uji Normalitas Nilai Pretest sig 0.189 > 0.05 sedangkan nilai Posttest 0.441 > 0.05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa data Pretest-Posttest Berdsitribusi Normal. Uji Homogenitas Menunjukan 0.804 > 0.05 maka data Pretest dan Posttest Homogen. Uji hipotesis menggunakan Uji Paired Sample t-Test dengan Nilai sig (2-tailed) menunjukan hasil 0.001 < 0.05 yang artinya Hi diterima dan Ho ditolak dapat disimpulkan terdapat adanya pengaruh latihan target terhadap akurasi shooting (diterima). Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh latihan target terhadap akurasi shooting maka dilakukan Uji R Square dengan nilai 0.905 x 100 = 90,5% hal ini menunjukan bahwa setiap siswa adanya sebuah peningkatan dari hasil Pretest ke Posttest dapat diartikan bahwa latihan target dapat meningkatkan akurasi shooting siswa sebesar 90,5%. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan target memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan akurasi shooting pada ekstrakulikuler sepak bola. Kata Kunci: Latihan Target, Shooting, Sepak bola This study aims to determine the effect oftarget practice on shooting accuracy in extracurricular soccer, the research method used is Quantitative with the Research Design used is One Group Pretest-Posttest Design, one group will be given a Pretest before being given Treatment and Posttest after being given Treatment, the Sample used is Random Sampling. Data was collected using a shooting test into the goal. The results of data analysis show that the normality test Pretest sig value is 0.189> 0.05 while the Posttest value is 0.441> 0.05, it can be concluded that the Pretest-Posttest data has a normal distribution. Homogeneity Test Shows 0.804> 0.05 then the Pretest and Posttest data are Homogeneous. Hypothesis testing using the Paired Sample t-Test Test The sig value (2-tailed) shows a result of 0.001 <0.05 which means that Hl is accepted and HO is rejected, it can be concluded that there is an effect of target practice on shooting accuracy (accepted). To find out how much influence target practice has on shooting accuracy, the R Sqauare Test is carried out, the result is 0.905 x 100 = 90.5%, this shows that each student has an increase from Pretest to Posttest results, it can be interpreted that target practice can improve student shooting accuracy by 90.5%.The results ofthe study can be concluded that target practice has a significant effect on the ability of shooting accuracy in extracurricular soccer.
