    Abstract

    Permasalahan yang diangkat, yaitu : 1) Bagaimana kompetensi guru Seni Budaya dalam mengimplementasikan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013 di SMP sasaran?; 2) Bagaimana relevansi perencanaan dengan pelaksanaan pembelajaran Seni Budaya berdasarkan kurikulum 2013?; 3) Bagaimana upaya guru Seni Budaya mengatasi kesulitan dan hambatan dalam mengimplementasikan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013 di SMP sasaran? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menggambarkan dan menjelaskan masalah-masalah secara alamiah yang berkaitan dengan kompetensi guru dalam merencanakan dan melaksanakan pembelajaran Seni Budaya berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013, relevansi perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran Seni Budaya berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013, serta upaya yang dilakukan guru Seni Budaya mengatasi kesulitan dan hambatan dalam mengimplementasikan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013 di SMP sasaran. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi guru Seni Budaya dalam merencanakan dan melaksanakan pembelajaran pada implementasi Kurikulum 2013, tampaknya belum terealisasi dengan maksimal sesuai dengan tujuan Kurikulum 2013 yang diharapkan sehingga perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran belum dapat dikatakan sepenuhnya relevan.

    Issues raised, namely : 1) How Cultural Arts teacher competence in implementing the planning and implementation of learning based on the Curriculum 2013 in secondary schools target?; 2) How relevant is the planning to the implementation of learning the Cultural Arts based on the Curriculum 2013?; 3) How Cultural Arts teacher efforts to overcome difficulties and obstacles in implementing the planning and implementation of learning based on the Curriculum 2013 in secondary schools target?. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach to describe and explain the problems associated with natural competence of teachers in planning and implementing of learning Cultural Art based on the Curriculum 2013, relevance of the planning and implementation of learning in Cultural Arts based on the Curriculum 2013, and the efforts of the Cultural Arts teachers overcome difficulties and obstacles in implementing the planning and implementation of learning based on the Curriculum 2013 in secondary schools target. It can be concluded that the Cultural Arts teacher competence in planning and implementing learning in the implementation of Curriculum 2013, seems to have been realized with the maximum in accordance with objectives in Curriculum 2013 are expected, and the planning and implementation of learning can not be said to be completely irrelevant.
