Abstract
Kecemasan menjadi salah satu perhatian serius di balik perawatan pra-operasi di rumah sakit. Kecemasan memiliki banyak dampak seperti penurunan kekebalan tubuh pasien, peningkatan rasa sakit dan trauma. Ranjang listrik otonom menjadi solusi inovatif dalam mengurangi dampak kecemasan pasien anak. Konsep ini menggunakan empat roda penggerak motor servo AGV untuk bermanuver di rumah sakit. Desain dibuat dengan ukuran yang sesuai dengan antropometri pasien anak dan mengedepankan faktor kekuatan dan keamanan. Rangka diharapkan mampu menahan tabrakan dan beberapa peralatan besar seperti alat medis, kelistrikan, dan pasien anak itu sendiri. Tiga bahan digunakan untuk setiap komponen, Aluminium 6063-T6 digunakan untuk bahan utama rangka dan pendukung komponen, AISI 1020 sebagai bahan alternatif untuk rangka utama, dan E-Glass Fiber untuk bahan bodi. Seluruh desain dibuat dan dites menggunakan CAD CAE software (Solidworks). Seluruh pengetesan diuji menggunakan metode finite element analysis. Tiga jenis tes digunakan untuk menguji kekuatan dari rangka ranjang listrik otonom yaitu uji stres, uji lelah dan uji tabrak. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi, Hasil uji stres menunjukkan nilai factor of safety di rentang nilai 5-10, hasil uji lelah yang bisa mencapai 10 juta siklus atau fenomena endurance strength, dan hasil uji tabrak dengan deformasi merata di 0,450 mm. Menyimpulkan ranjang listrik sesuai dengan antropometri dari pasien anak dan rangka lolos uji kekuatan. ----- Anxiety become one of the serious attentions behind pre-operative care in hospital. Anxiety has a lot of impact such as decreasing patient immunity, increasing pain feeling and trauma. So autonomous electric bed becomes innovative solution to reducing pediatric patient anxiety impact. This concept is four wheels of AGV servo motor drive kit for maneuvering in hospital. Design with the appropriate size for the anthropometry of pediatric patient and prioritizing safety and strength factor. Chassis expected to be able withstand for crash impact and a few major equipment such as medical support, electrical support, and pediatric itself. Three materials were conducted to use in each part, Aluminium 6063-T6 is using for main material of chassis and support component, AISI 1020 for alternative material for main chassis, and E-Glass Fiber for body material. The entire design created and tested in CAD CAE software (Solidworks). All the test conducted using finite element analysis method. Three types of tests were conducted to test the strength of autonomous electric bed chassis namely stress test, fatigue test and crash test. Based on simulation, stress test resulting factor of safety score in range 5-10, fatigue test can reach total life untul 10 million cycles or endurance strength phenomenom, and crash test resulting deformation in average 0,450mm. Make it conclude the autonomous electric bed suitable with pediatric patient anthropometry, and passed all strength test.
