    Abstract

    Pendidikan saat ini diarahkan untuk memenuhi tuntutan pembelajaran abad 21, yang menekankan keterampilan berpikir kritis, pemecahan masalah, komunikasi, kolaborasi, dan inovasi. Program Kampus Mengajar, berperan penting dalam mempersiapkan mahasiswa calon guru untuk menghadapi tantangan zaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peranan program Kampus Mengajar sebagai katalisator bagi mahasiswa pada keterampilan kolaborasi, serta bagaimana program mengimplementasikan dan memberikan dampak terhadap keterampilan kolaborasi mahasiswa calon guru IPS UPI setelah mengikuti program tersebut. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa Pendidikan IPS UPI 2021 dengan purposive sampling. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan penyajian data, reduksi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Program Kampus Mengajar ke-7 sebagai katalisator sangat memberikan dukungan yang besar bagi calon guru IPS pada keterampilan kolaborasi. 2) Program Kampus Mengajar ke-7 berhasil mengimplementasikan keterampilan bertanggung jawab, bekerja dalam tim yang beragam, saling menghargai untuk mengelola konflik dan menemukan solusi bersama, yang penting dalam berkolaborasi. 3) Program Kampus Mengajar ke-7 memberikan dampak positif terhadap keterampilan kolaborasi mahasiswa calon guru IPS. Mahasiswa menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran tanggung jawab dalam bekerja sama, kemampuan untuk bekerja dalam tim beragam, menghargai pendapat berbeda, dan berkompromi untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Program ini memberi kesempatan bagi mahasiswa untuk belajar langsung dari pengalaman, memperkuat keterampilan kolaborasi mereka. Dengan demikian program ini dapat mempercepat dan mendukung mahasiswa calon guru IPS untuk mampu berkolaborasi dalam kelompok. Education is currently geared towards meeting the demands of 21st century learning, which emphasizes critical thinking skills, problem solving, communication, collaboration, and innovation. The Teaching Campus program plays an important role in preparing student teachers to face the challenges of the times. This study aims to describe the role of the Teaching Campus program as a catalyst for students in collaboration skills, as well as how the program implements and impacts the collaboration skills of prospective UPI social studies teachers after participating in the program. The approach used in this research is qualitative with case study method. Data collection techniques were obtained using interviews and documentation. The subjects of this study were UPI 2021 social studies education students with purposive sampling. Research data analysis using data presentation, data reduction and conclusion drawing. The results showed that 1) The 7th Teaching Campus Program as a catalyst provides great support for prospective social studies teachers in collaboration skills. 2) The 7th Teaching Campus Program successfully implemented the skills of responsibility, working in diverse teams, and mutual respect to manage conflict and find joint solutions, which are important in collaboration. 3) The 7th Teaching Campus Program has an positive impact on the collaboration skills of prospective social studies teachers. Students showed an increased awareness of responsibility in working together, the ability to work in diverse teams, respect different opinions, and compromise to achieve common goals. The program provides opportunities for students to learn directly from experience, strengthening their collaboration skills. Thus this program can accelerate and support prospective social studies teachers to be able to collaborate in groups.
