    Abstract

    Di era digital, pengelolaan data yang efektif dan efisien menjadi kebutuhan penting bagi lembaga pendidikan tinggi, termasuk Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi (LLDIKTI) Wilayah IV yang berperan dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Google Data Studio (GDS) sebagai platform visualisasi data interaktif dinilai memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pelaporan dan penyajian informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi pegawai LLDIKTI Wilayah IV terhadap penggunaan platform Google Data Studio (GDS) beradasarkan kerangka Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Model ini mencakup tiga variabel utama, yaitu perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, dan attitude toward using. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang tergabung dalam kelompok kerja akademik, penelitian, dan pengabdian, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh karena jumlah populasi yang relatif kecil. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner skala Likert yang telah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pegawai memiliki persepsi positif terhadap penggunaan GDS. Sebagian besar responden menyatakan bahwa GDS mudah digunakan, memberikan manfaat dalam menunjang efektivitas kerja, serta mendorong sikap positif dalam penggunaannya. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat beberapa tantangan seperti keterbatasan pelatihan dan kesiapan infrastruktur teknologi yang perlu menjadi perhatian. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat penerimaan pegawai terhadap GDS tergolong tinggi, sehingga platform ini dinilai relevan untuk diimplementasikan secara lebih luas dalam rangka meningkatkan efisiensi pelaporan data di lingkungan LLDIKTI Wilayah IV. In the digital era, effective and efficient data management has become a crucial need for higher education institutions, including the Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi (LLDIKTI) Region IV, which plays a role in supporting data driven decision-making. Google Data Studio (GDS), as an interactive data visualization platform, is considered to have the potential to improve the efficiency of reporting and presenting information. This study aims to analyze the perception of LLDIKTI Region IV employees towards the use of Google Data Studio (GDS) using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework. The model includes three main variables: perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and attitude toward using. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population of this study consists of employees in academic, research, and community service working groups, with a saturated sampling technique due to the relatively small population size. The data collection instrument is a Likert scale questionnaire that has undergone validity and reliability tests. The analysis results show that employees have a positive perception of using GDS. Most respondents stated that GDS is easy to use, provides benefits in supporting work effectiveness, and fosters a positive attitude towards its use. However, there are still some challenges, such as limited training and technological infrastructure readiness, which need attention. The conclusion of this study indicates that the acceptance level of employees towards GDS is relatively high, making this platform relevant for wider implementation to enhance data reporting efficiency within LLDIKTI Region IV.
