Abstract
Kebutuhan jaringan akses internet saat ini sangat meningkat secara signifikan seiring dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan akan layanan triple-play. Cluster Excelia yang merupakan salah satu cluster baru yang terdapat di Taman Banjar Wijaya, Cipondoh, Tangerang memiliki konsep hunian modern dengan menawarkan fasilitas smart home. Sehingga untuk mendukung kebutuhan internet pada cluster tersebut maka dibutuhkan penggelaran jaringan akses Fiber To The Home (FTTH). Pada penelitian ini telah dirancang desain penggelaran jaringan FTTH pada Cluster Excelia dan simulasi menggunakan software Optisystem serta menganalisis hasil perhitungan secara teori maupun melalui pengukuran dengan berdasarkan standar yang berlaku pada ITU-T G.984 dan PT. Telkom Indonesia. Parameter yang dianalisis pada penelitian ini diantaranya power link budget, rise time budget, signal to noise ratio (SNR), dan bit error rate (BER). Berdasarkan dari hasil analisis kinerja jaringan FTTH pada Cluster Excelia menunjukan hasil yang layak sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku dan layak untuk diimplementasikan. ----- The demand for internet access networks has significantly increased in line with the growing need for triple-play services. Cluster Excelia, a newly developed residential cluster located in Taman Banjar Wijaya, Cipondoh, Tangerang, offers a modern housing concept equipped with smart home facilities. To support the internet requirements in this cluster, the deployment of a Fiber To The Home (FTTH) access network is essential. This study presents the design of an FTTH network for Cluster Excelia, along with a simulation using Optisystem software and performance analysis based on both theoretical calculations and measurements, in accordance with ITU-T G.984 standards and PT. Telkom Indonesia’s guidelines. The parameters analyzed in this research include power link budget, rise time budget, signal to noise ratio (SNR), and bit error rate (BER). The results of the FTTH network performance analysis in Cluster Excelia indicate that the system meets the required standards and is feasible for implementation.
