Abstract
Pendidikan karakter disiplin dapat dimaknai sebagai pendidikan nilai, pendidikan moral, pendidikan budi pekerti, pendidikan watak yang bertujuan mengembangkan kemampuan peserta didik di dalam mematuhi peraturan dalam suatu sistem, yang berguna untuk memelihara apa yang baik, dan mewujudkan kebaikan itu dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dengan sepenuh hati. Untuk memahami pendidikan karakter kedisiplinan perlu adanya analisa yang mendalam mengenai model pendidikan karakter kedisiplinan, salah satunya yang diterapkan di Pondok Pesantren Modern Maṭla’ul-hudā Bandung.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sistem pendidikan Pondok Pesantren Maṭla’ul-hudā, perencanaan programkarakter kedisiplinan, proses pelaksanaan karakter kedisiplinan, dan sistemevaluasi pembinaan pendidikan karakter kedisiplianan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pertimbangan penggunaan metode ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pendidikan karakter kedisiplinan di Pondok Pesantren Modern Maṭla’ul-hudā Bandung. Dalam pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan tiga teknik yaituobservasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi.Pondok merancang peraturan kedisiplinan yang dapat merangatur dan mengontrol seluruh kegiatan pondok di mulai dari bangun tidur hingga tidur kembali.Semua disusun dalam sebuah program yan disebut TengKo (Teng Komando).Aturan-aturan yang dibahas di dalam TengKo, diantaranya adalah: Disiplin keamanan atau ketertiban umum, disiplin etika dan kesopanan, disiplin kebersihan dan kesehatan, disiplin beribadah, disiplin bahasa, disiplin menerima tamu, disiplin makan di dapur, disiplin pakaian dan kerapihan, dan disiplin perizinan keluar Pondok. Dalam pelaksanaannya, TengKo dilakukan setelah disahkan atau diresmikan oleh pimpinan Pondok Setelah TengKo disahkan maka TengKo diinformasikan dan diumumkan kepada para santri dan santriwati. Santri dan santriwati diharuskan menaati semua peraturan yang telah ditetapkan,dalam TengKo, jika tidak maka mereka akan mendapatkan sanksi.Sistem evaluasi yang dilaksanakan dari pendidikan karakter kedisiplinan di Pondok Pesantren Modern Maṭla’ul-hudā ini dilaksanakan sebanyak tiga kali.Pertama evaluasi dilaksanakan dua minggu sekali, kedua evaluasi dilaksanakan sebulan sekali dengan pihak Pondok, dan ketiga evaluasi yang dilaksanakan setahun sekali, yang dilaksanakannya itu dengan pihak Pondok. Kata Kunci : Pendidikan Karakter, Kedisiplinan, dan Pondok Pesantren Character education disciplines can be interpreted as the value of education, moral education, character education, character education that aims to develop student’s ability to comply with the rules in a system, which is useful to preserve what is good, and realize the goodness in everyday life with wholeheartedly. To understand the character education of discipline it needs depth analysis of the discipline of character education models, one of which is applied in the Modern Islamic Boarding Maṭla'ul-Huda Bandung. This study aimed to describe the boarding school education system in Maṭla'ul-Huda, discipline character program planning, implementation process discipline character, and character education development evaluation system. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Consideration of the use of this method is to describe the character education discipline in the Modern Boarding School Maṭla'ul-Huda Bandung. In the data collection researchers used three techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The cottage design rules that can disciplining and control all activities in the cabin started waking up from sleep again. All are arranged in a program called TengKo (Command Tank). The rules discussed in TengKo, which are: Discipline security or public order, discipline, ethics and decency, hygiene and health discipline, the discipline of worship, discipline language, accept the discipline of living, eat-in kitchen discipline, discipline and neatness of clothing, and discipline licensing out the cottage. In practice, TengKo done after it was enacted or inaugurated by the head of the lodge. Having passed the TengKo TengKo informed and announced to the students and female students. Male and female students are required to abide by all rules set in TengKo, if not then they will get penalized. System evaluation carried out of character education discipline in the Modern Boarding School Maṭla'ul-Huda was conducted three times. The first evaluation carried out every two weeks, once a month the second evaluation conducted by the lodge, and the third evaluation conducted once a year, he is performing it with the cottage.
