    Abstract

    Advances in technology and science continue to develop, impacting libraries to adapt to the latest technology. Libraries as information provider institutions must be able to provide library users' information needs and provide excellent service. This study aims to determine the effect of library service quality on library user loyalty at the Bandung State Polytechnic library which is reviewed through 3 indicators, namely Affect of Services (Librarian Performance in Service), Information Control (Librarian Performance in Service), and Library as Place (Librarian Performance in Service). The method used in this research is the ex-post facto method through a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 99 respondents. The instrument for data collection was carried out through a questionnaire using Google Form. The results showed that the quality of library services has a positive and significant effect on the loyalty of Politeknik Negeri Bandung Library users with an influence of 53.2%, which means that service quality has a high enough influence on library loyalty. Therefore, the quality of library services indirectly becomes a factor for library users to make a return visit to the library. Keywords: Library Service Quality, Library Loyalty, Library
