Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 8 Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif jenis analisis kegiatan. Hasil penelitian menujukan: (1) keterlaksanaan deskripsi tugas bimbingan guru pamong (bapak T) terlaksana 13% dan bisa ditafsirkan sebagian kecil terlaksana; (2) keterlaksanaan deskripsi tugas bimbingan guru pamong (bapak S) terlaksana 19,57% dan bisa ditafsirkan sebagian kecil terlaksana; (3) keterlaksanaan deskripsi tugas bimbingan guru pamong (bapak A) terlaksana 14,13% dan bisa ditafsirkan sebagian kecil terlaksana. Ketercapaian kompetensi pedagogik praktikan adalah sebagai berikut: (1) ketercapaian kompetensi pedagogik praktikan (HGR) memperoleh nilai 3,62 dan bisa ditafsirkan ketercapaian kompetensi pedagogik termasuk dalam kriteria A (Amat Baik); (2) ketercapaian kompetensi pedagogik praktikan (HB) memperoleh nilai 3,65 dan bisa ditafsirkan ketercapaian kompetensi pedagogik termasuk dalam kriteria A (Amat Baik); (3) ketercapaian kompetensi pedagogik praktikan (TF) memperoleh nilai 3,62 dan bisa ditafsirkan ketercapaian kompetensi pedagogik termasuk dalam kriteria A ( Amat Baik); (4) ketercapaian kompetensi pedagogik praktikan (SU) memperoleh nilai 3,10 dan bisa ditafsirkan ketercapaian kompetensi pedagogik termasuk dalam kriteria B ( Baik). This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 8 Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive type of analysis activity. The reasearch results: (1) adherence to the guidance of the teacher task description pamong (Mr. T) executed 13% and could be interpreted the little part of executed; (2) adherence to the guidance of the teacher task description pamong (Mr. S) 19,57% executed and could be interpreted the little part of executed; (3) adherence to the guidance of the teacher task description pamong (Mr. A) 14,13% executed and can be interpreted the little part of executed. Internship teacher pedagogical achievement are as follows: (1) the achievement of pedagogy competence of internship teacher (HGR) to obtain the value of 3.62 and can be interpreted pedagogy achievement included in the criteria A (Very Good); (2) achievement of pedagogy competence of internship teacher (HB) obtained a value of 3.65, and can be interpreted pedagogy achievement included in the criteria A (Very Good); (3) achievement of pedagogy competence of interhship teacher (TF) to obtain the value of 3.62 and can be interpreted pedagogy achievement included in the criteria A (Very Good); (4) the achievement of pedagogy competence of intership teacher (SU) to obtain values of 3.10 and can be interpreted pedagogy achievement included in the criteria B (good).
