    Abstract

    Self regulated learning adalah kemampuan siswa dalam mengontrol, mengatur, merencanakan, dan memonitor perilaku untuk mencapai suatu tujuan dengan menggunakan strategi tertentu. Sehingga Self Regulated Learning merupakan kemampuan yang penting dimiliki oleh siswa khususnya siswa atlet. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan gambaran self regulated learning siswa terbuka atlet SMA Negeri 10 Bandung. Penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan menggunakan purposive sampling. Partisipan penelitian ini berjumlah 66 siswa. Instrumen yang disusun pada penelitian ini berdasarkan teori Self regulated learning dari Zimmerman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self regulated learning siswa terbuka atlet SMA Negeri 10 Bandung ada pada kategori sedang. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat self regulated learning siswa cukup baik akan tetapi belum optimal. Program layanan bimbingan dirancang sebagai upaya bantuan kepada siswa dalam mengoptimalkan self regulated learning. Self regulated learning is the ability of students to control, regulate, plan, and monitor behavior to achieve a goal using certain strategies. So that Self Regulated Learning is an important ability possessed by students, especially student athletes. The study aims to determine and describe the description of self-regulated learning of open student athletes of SMA Negeri 10 Bandung. The study used a quantitative research design with descriptive methods and used purposive sampling. The participants of this study amounted to 66 students. The instrument prepared in this study is based on Zimmerman's self-regulated learning theory. The results showed that the self-regulated learning of open student athletes of SMA Negeri 10 Bandung was in the moderate category. This shows that the level of students' self-regulated learning is quite good but not optimal. The guidance service program is designed as an effort to assist students in optimizing self-regulated learning.
