Abstract

Rendahnya pendapatan usaha yang menyebabkan tidak adanya pengembangan dan peningkatan usaha mikro ke usaha kecil yang di alami oleh UMK di Kabupaten Ciamis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pelatihan dan kreativitas usaha terhadap pengembangan usaha mikro kecil melalui keberlanjutan usaha. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif verifikatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pelaku usaha di Kabupaten Ciamis dengan populasi 120 usaha dengan teknik pengambilan menggunakan rumus slovin sebanyak 55 usaha. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan tekni analisis kuantitatif statistic deskriptif. Pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS versi4 dengan metode SEM Partial Least Square. Dianalisis dengan uji hipotesis (koefisien jalur). Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Teknik analisis data statistic deskriptif, outer mode (uji Validitas dan Reabilitas), inner model (uji^2, f^2 dan mode fit), dan uji hipotesis (koefisien jalur). Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan dari kreativitas terhadap pengembangan usaha dengan mempunyai nilai original sample 0,395, T-statistcs 2.124, pengaruh positif signifikan dari pengembangan usaha terhadap keberlanjutan usaha dengan mempunyai nilai original sample 0,576, T-statistcs 0,125. Low business income has resulted in the absence of development and improvement of micro to small businesses experienced by MSEs in Ciamis Regency. This research aims to examine the influence of training and business creativity on the development of micro and small businesses through business sustainability. The research method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive verification approach. This research was conducted on business actors in Ciamis Regency with a population of 120 businesses with a sampling technique using the Slovin formula for 55 businesses. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with descriptive statistical quantitative analysis techniques. Data processing uses the SmartPLS version 4 application with the Partial Least Square SEM method. Analyzed by hypothesis testing (path coefficient). The results of this research state that the data analysis techniques are descriptive statistics, outer mode (Validity and Reliability test), inner model (^2 test, f^2 and fit mode), and hypothesis testing (path coefficient). The results of this research state that there is a significant positive influence of creativity on business development with an original sample value of 0.395, T-statistics 2.124, a significant positive influence of business development on business sustainability with an original sample value of 0.576, T statistics 0.125.
