Abstract

Pulau Merak Kecil merupakan salah satu objek wisata di Kota Cilegon yang tergolong baru namun berpotensi menimbulkan lonjakan wisatawan sehingga dapat menyebabkan dampak negatif seperti kerusakan lingkungan, kurang optimalnya produk wisata serta dapat berpengaruh pada kepuasan wisatawan. Hal ini selaras dengan masalah yang dikeluhkan wisatawan mengenai kebersihan, fasilitas daa akomodasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai daya dukung fisik, mengidentifikasi produk wisata dan menganalisis pengaruh produk wisata terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan perhitungan daya dukung fisik yang dikemukakan oleh Douglas dan uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis linear sederhana dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden yang didapatkan dengan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) Daya dukung fisik di Pulau Merak Kecil sebesar 1.122 orang, sementara jumlah pengunjung yang datang pada hari-hari biasa masih berada dibawah nilai daya dukung. (2) Produk wisata di Pulau Merak Kecil meliputi produk wisata tangible yaitu atraksi wisata, akomodasi, aksesibilitas dan fasilitas, sedangkan produk wisata intangible yaitu harga, kebersihan, kecepatan pelayanan dan keramahtamahan. (3) Produk Wisata berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan wisatawan sebesar 51,8% dan sisanya 48,2% ialah variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Maka dari itu, pihak pengelola perlu memperhatikan kapasitas wisatawan, dan mempertahankan serta meningkatkan produk wisata di Pulau Merak Kecil Merak Kecil Island is a relatively new tourist attraction in Cilegon City, but it has the potential to cause a surge in tourists, which can lead to negative impacts such as environmental damage, suboptimal tourism products, and affect tourist satisfaction. This aligns with tourist complaints regarding cleanliness, facilities, and accommodation. This study aims to analyze the physical carrying capacity, identify tourism products, and analyze the influence of tourism products on tourist satisfaction. This study uses a descriptive quantitative analysis method by calculating the physical carrying capacity as proposed by Douglas and hypothesis testing using simple linear analysis with a sample of 100 respondents obtained by accidental sampling technique. The results of this study indicate (1) The physical carrying capacity on Merak Kecil Island is 1,122 people, while the number of visitors on regular days is still below the carrying capacity value. (2) Tourism products on Merak Kecil Island include tangible tourism products, namely tourist attractions, accommodation, accessibility, and facilities, while intangible tourism products are price, cleanliness, service speed, and hospitality. (3) Tourism products influence tourist satisfaction by 51.8%, and the remaining 48.2% are other variables not discussed in this study. Therefore, the management needs to pay attention to tourist capacity, and maintain and improve tourism products on Merak Kecil Island.
