    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Bandung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Bandung. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, metode yang menekankan pada pengajuan teori teori melalui pengukuran variabel-variabel penelitian dengan angka dan melakukan analisis dengan prosedur statistik. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 40 karyawan Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Bandung, sehingga pengambilan sampel penelitian ini dengan metode non-probability sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel yang tidak memberi peluang atau kesempatan sama bagi setiap unsur atau anggota populasi untuk dipilih menjadi sampel. Metode non probability sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel 40 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis melalui uji f, uji t, koefisien determinasi, dan uji asumsi klasik dengan menggunakan program SPSS 22. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi sama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. This research was conducted at the Bandung Regency Tourism and Culture Office. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on the performance of employees of the Bandung Regency Tourism and Culture Office. The type of research used in this research uses quantitative methods, methods that emphasize proposing theories through measuring research variables with numbers and carrying out analysis using statistical procedures. The population in the study was 40 employees of the Bandung Regency Tourism and Culture Office, so the sample for this research was taken using a non-probability sampling method, namely a sampling technique that does not provide equal opportunities for each element or member of the population to be selected as a sample. The non-probability sampling method used was a saturated sampling technique with a sample size of 40 respondents. The analytical methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing via f test, t test, coefficient of determination, and classic assumption test using the SPSS 22 program. The results of the analysis show that organizational culture and organizational commitment both have a positive and significant effect on performance.
