Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh work-life balance, beban kerja, terhadap kinerja karyawan P3DW Kota Bogor. Variabel yang digunakan yaitu work-life balance (X1), beban kerja (X2), dan kinerja (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di P3DW Kota Bogor yang berjumlah 50 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh atau sensus karena populasi kurang dari 100 orang maka semua populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel sehingga total sampel adalah 50 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara work-life balance dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pusat pengelolaan pendapatan daerah wilayah Kota Bogor baik secara parsial maupun simultan, namun beban kerja tidak memberikan hubungan yang searah karena menghasilkan nilai yang negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan. This research is titled 'The Influence of Work-Life Balance and Workload on Employee Performance at P3DW Bogor City.' The study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work-life balance, workload, on the performance of P3DW employees in Bogor City. The variables used are work-life balance (X1), workload (X2), and performance (Y). The population in this study is all employees working at P3DW Bogor City, totaling 50 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling or census because the population is less than 100 people, so all populations are taken as samples, making a total of 50 respondents. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results show that there is a significant influence between work-life balance and workload on the performance of P3DW Bogor City's regional revenue management center employees, both partially and simultaneously. However, workload does not show a direct relationship as it produces a negative value towards employee performance.
