Abstract

ABSTRAK KEGIATAN WIRAUSAHA INDIVIDU DENGAN HAMBATAN CEREBRAL PALSY USIA DEWASA Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan temuan di lapangan bahwa banyak alumni dari sekolah luar biasa yang tidak memiliki pekerjaan sehingga melakukan kegiatan wirausaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kegiatan individu dengan hambatan cerebral palsy pasca sekolah usia dewasa, kegiatan wirausaha yang dilakukannya, permasalahan yang dihadapinya, serta penanganan terhadap permasalahan tersebut selama melakukan kegiatan wirausaha. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi deskriptif untuk mendapatkan informasi serta menganalisis data yang ditemukan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah individu dengan hambatan cerebral palsy melakukan berbagai kegiatan setelah menamatkan studinya dari SMALB, seperti mengikuti pentas kesenian dan aktif pada organisasi kemasyarakatan. Sedangkan untuk kegiatan wirausaha, individu dengan hambatan cerebral palsy usia dewasa tersebut melakukan penjualan berbagai macam barang di media sosialnya. Permasalahan yang dihadapinya didominasi oleh faktor internal yaitu hambatan pada motoriknya sehingga menyebabkan terbatasnya mobilisasi dan komunikasi individu tersebut. Sementara untuk faktor eksternal, permasalahan yang dihadapi berupa minimnya penyedia barang yang akan dijual. Penanganan terhadap masalah dalam kegiatan wirausaha individu dengan hambatan cerebral palsy tersebut adalah berfokus kepada pemulihan fisiknya. Namun individu dengan hambatan cerebral palsy usia dewasa tersebut tetap berusaha mencari penanganan terhadap permasalahan yang disebabkan oleh faktor eksternal walaupun belum menemukan individu tersebut solusi yang tepat. Rekomendasi yang diberikan kepada subjek, sekolah dan pemerintah terkait pelatihan kegiatan kewirausahaan. ABSTRACT INDIVIDUAL ENTERPRENEURSHIP ACTIVITY WITH CEREBRAL PALSY AT ADULTHOOD This research is conducted based on the fact that many of alumni in a special shcool have not had any job so that they do enterpreneurial activity. This research aims to know the activity of individual with cerebral palsy after post shcool at adulthood, activity of his enterpreneurship, and the faces of his problem, and solution towards his enterpreneural activity. The approach of this research used qualititative with descriptive study methods to obtain information and analyze the data dicsovered . The results of this research are the subject of research which is individual with cerebral palsy has many activities after graduated from special school, that is art performance and community organization. Whilst the individual activity of his enterpreneurship are selling many goods using his social media. The problem he has faced is dominated by internal factor such as obstacle to his mobilization and communication. While for external factors, the faces of his problem is lack of suplier for goods to be sell. The solution to the problem on his enterpreneurship activity with cerebral palsy obstacle is focused to his physical recovery. However, individual with cerebral palsy at adulthood constantly trying to discover the solution toward problem effected by external factor although haven’t find the right solution. Recommendation is given to the subject, school, and government related to enterpreneurship training.
