Abstract
Tujuannya adalah menghasilkan simulator yang dinyatakan layak dari segi materi dan media pembelajaran oleh dosen serta pendidik, sekaligus mudah digunakan oleh peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan mengadopsi model pengembangan Hannafin dan Peck. Analisis karakteristik media pendukung simulator dilakukan dengan analisis capaian pembelajaran (CP) dan alur tujuan pembelajaran (ATP) pada fase F, lalu dilakukan analisis wacana melalui buku teks kimia, selanjutnya dilakukan analisis media pendukung yang sesuai untuk simulator prinsip kerja larutan penyangga. Uji kelayakan dilakukan oleh dosen ahli dan pendidik. Sementara tanggapan terhadap kemudahan penggunaan diperoleh dari lima peserta didik. Hasilnya, media pendukung simulator yang digunakan dalam simulator adalah teks, gambar, dan simulasi, simulator prinsip kerja larutan penyangga dinyatakan layak oleh dosen ahli dan pendidik, dan simulator mudah dioperasikan oleh peserta didik. This research focuses on the development of buffer solution’s working principle simulator. The goal is to produce simulator that feasible in terms of learning material side and media side by lecturers and teachers, and easy to use by students. The research method used is the research development (R&D) method by adopting the Hannafin and Peck development model. Analysis of the characteristics supporting media for the simulator was carried out by analysing the learning outcomes (CP) and the flow of learning objectives (ATP) in phase F, then analysing the discourse through chemistry textbooks, then analysing the appropriate supporting media for the working principle simulator of buffer solution. The feasibility test was conducted by expert lecturers and educators. Responses to ease of use were obtained from five students. As a result, the supporting media used in the simulator are text, images, and simulations, the simulator of the working principle of buffer solution is declared feasible by expert lecturers and teachers, and the simulator is easy to operate by students.
