    Abstract

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai model
    pembelajaran pada pengaruh Teaching Factory dan Work Based Learning terhadap
    pembentukan kompetensi kewirausahaan siswa. Masalah yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini
    adalah mengenai adanya pembentukan kompetensi kewirausahaan siswa/i sementara teori
    yang mendasari penelitian ini adalah teori kewirausahaan dari kirzerian entrepeneur.
    Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif metode survey dan instrument yang
    digunakan berupa angket yang disebar kepada siswa/i SMKN se-Kota Sukabumi dengan
    Teknik simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 301 responden. Teknik
    analisis menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif dengan alat ukur CFA (Confimatory Factor
    Analysis) dengan AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structures). Berdasarkan penelitian yang
    dilakukan diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara Teaching Factory
    terhadap kompetensi kewirausahaan, Teaching Factory berpengaruh positif terhadap
    kompetensi kewirausahaan, Work Based Learning tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap
    kompetensi kewirausahaan, terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara Teaching Factory
    dan Work Based Learning terhadap kompetensi kewirausahaan, Work Based Learning
    berpengaruh negatif terhadap kompetensi kewirausahaan, Teaching Factory berpengaruh
    positif terhadap kompetensi kewirausahaan. Adapun saran pada penelitian ini adalah pada
    variabel model pembelajaran Work Based Learning terhadap pembentukan kompetensi
    kewirausahaan siswa harus meningkatkan kemampuan yang sangat tinggi dalam
    berpengetahuan bagaimana harus berperilaku sebagai tenaga yang kompeten. ;
    The aim of this research is to obtain information regarding learning models on the
    influence of teaching factories and Work Based Learning on the formation of students'
    entrepreneurial competencies. The problem that is the focus of this research is the
    formation of students' entrepreneurial competencies, while the theory underlying this
    research is the Kirzerian entrepreneur theory of entrepreneurship. This research uses a
    quantitative approach, survey method and the instrument used is a questionnaire
    distributed to SMKN students throughout Sukabumi City using a simple random sampling
    technique with a sample size of 301 respondents. The analysis technique uses an associative
    approach with the CFA (Confimatory Factor Analysis) measuring instrument. AMOS
    (Analysis of Moment Structures). Based on the research conducted, it is known that there
    is a simultaneous influence between the Teaching Factory on entrepreneurial competency,
    the Teaching Factory has a positive influence on entrepreneurial competency, Work Based
    Learning does not have a positive influence on entrepreneurial competency, there is a
    simultaneous influence between Teaching Factory and Work Based Learning on
    entrepreneurial competency, Work Based Learning has a negative effect on
    entrepreneurial competence, Teaching Factory has a positive effect on entrepreneurial
    competence. The suggestion in this research is that in the Work Based Learning learning
    model variable towards the formation of entrepreneurial competence, students must
    improve their ability to be very high in knowing how to behave as competent workers.
